Policy restrictions on social and physical are very impacting for the artists and workers of art . This study aims to determine influence Adaptability , Creativity and Innovation on Ability Survive the employers our of art and culture . Research is a research explanatory with approach quantitative that is designed to obtain evidence of the empirical , test and analyse the variables Ability Adaptation, Creativity and Innovation and Ability Survive . Data research obtained by spreading questionnaires to the employers tour of art and culture . The results of the data obtained were analyzed by using SPSS version 25.0. The results of the research have gained ability of adaptation to support creativity and innovation that are used in together will bring out the ability to survive for the employers tour of art and culture .

Functionally the city is the center of activity (economic and socio-cultural) as well as the center of settlements and functions as a center for the physical development of the area. This study examines the strategy of developing Old Town / Cultural Heritage (Chinatown) in the integrity of developing the potential of the region by developing the potential of non-Kota Tua areas / Cultural Heritage areas in order to have a significant economic value (sustainable development). not yet to highlight the potential of the region optimally. This is because many investors are less interested in developing the region due to the regulation of Cultural Heritage. Besides that, the financial capacity of the Bandung City government is limited to financing cultural heritage areas while the ability of the community as owners is very limited, so that all parties need participation in the preservation of cultural heritage buildings (the Chinatown area). In this study, the SWOT method was used with the IFAS-EFAS model, the results showed stability so that synergy was needed with the concept of the overallsustainable development.

Abdul Jabar; Dora, Yenny MayaPT. Maruichi Indonesia is a foreign manufacturing company from Japan that is engaged in the two-wheeler automotive component industry. One of the types of products produced is type 04G22. In its production, PT Maruichi Indonesi still has defect products. Even though there are not many defective products, this condition that occurs continuously will have a bad impact on the company's financial condition. Therefore, the aim of this research is quality control using Statistical Quality Control (SQC) to monitor the product production process to comply with the standards set by the company. The method used in this study is Statistical Qualitic Control with Check Sheet tools, histograms, Pareto diagrams, and fishbone charts. The results of the study can be seen that the percentage of NG in the pattern defect category is 0.06% and 1.92 in the large hole category, in the pareto diagram the disability NG large hole is 99.96%, as well as the causal diagram. The cause of defects is caused by a work process that is not in accordance with company standard procedures. From the results of the research conducted, the types of damage that often arise in 04G22 products are categorized into the category of pattern defects and large holes. The results of the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) analysis of the data obtained by using control chart analysis shows that the production of product type 04G22 at PT. Maruichi Indonesia is still under control.

Students are also technology literate people, including information technology. Therefore, it is necessary to have the role of lecturers who can really open students' insights or thinking horizons. Using research and research results to be able to pave the way for young entrepreneurs to create new innovations, solve problems or to predict conditions that will occur in the future, and so on. Apart from the internal involvement of the university, the presence of the government, private sector, and the media and others (pentahelix) is the strength of collaboration as the key to the success of the rapid economic growth after the Covid 19 pandemic.

And the new construct to generate dynamic capability dimension. Formulation of the problem this paper analyzes the concept of dynamic capabilities dimensions to generate the dimensions of the concept. Study of dynamic capabilities is done by identifying the dimensions of dynamic capabilities. The approach used to assess this literature is to compare the concept of dynamic capabilities of 20 (twenty) experts who have been tested in the study. Implications to be derived from this analysis is the dimension dynamic capability oriented compared to the company's internal discussions over the internal and external to the company to produce a new construct the dimensional dynamic capabilities. The original contribution of this paper will generate a new construct of the dimensions of dynamic capabilities.

Often the consumers are proud to wear batik, due to buying batik in stores that have been quite popular, the price is quite expensive, but is not actually acquired batik cloth but batik textile fabric, or better known as silk screening fabric (print). Definition of batik generally agreed upon at the International Batik Convention in Yogyakarta in 1997 is the process of writing a picture or decoration on any media by using wax batik (wax) as a color barrier. When the process without the use of batik wax it can not be called batik, batik textile and it is said. The purpose of this research the reveal data and information related to product differentiation development effectuate customer relationship management; adjust in marketing performance, and their implication through influence revelation from the respective variables. The sample under research consisted of 200 (two hundred) Small, Micro Enterprises in Cirebon East Java. The research method used descriptive and verificative, in which the descriptive research was the research intended to obtain description of product differentiation, customer relationship management, using the approach of modelling and in the solution technique to be used as analysis tool in this dissertation, that is, the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result revealed that Product Differentiation has the most significant influence, which compare with the customer relationship management. This is cause in scale of micro having a problem to develop the customer relationship management with perfectly. This is due lack of technology. That Impact to effective and the performance marketing.

Adjeng Mariana; Dora, Yenny MayaPengakuan United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization mengakhiri klaim negara tetangga batik sebagai warisan budayanya.Batik Indonesia, terutama Jawa menjadi acuan dunia, karena berkembang sangat canggih dalam tehnik pembuatan desain dan ragam hias.Batik Fractal merupakan metode riset yang menekankan segi inovasi, eksperimentasi dan kreativitas..Melalui piranti software, sebuah desain batik dapat direkayasa menjadi desain-desain yang jauh berbeda, system kerjanya menggunakan sifat Fractal. Proses pembentukan Batik Fractal menggunakan ilmu fisika, yang dihitung dan dikalkulasikan dengan desain yang sudah ada. Dalam kajian fisika digambarkan beberapa bidang segitiga, diproses secara komputer dengan menggunakan Hukum Fractal (sebuah bentuk yang tercipta dari reduplikasi bentuk yang sama hingga bagian terkecil). Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui, menggali, mengungkapkan pengetahuan yang berhubungan dengan pengembangan kreativitas tinggi yang menghasilkan inovasi produk melalui kajian ilmiah. Sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 50 peserta yang tergabung dalam Tim Pixel dari Bandung Fee Institute.Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat descriptif, sedangkan verifikatif digunakan untuk mengetahui sampai sejauh mana kreativitas dan inovasi produk melalui pengujian hipotesis, pendekatan pemodelan dalam tehnik solusi dan alat ananilis yang digunakanyaitu Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian terungkap bahwa kreativitas berkaitan dengan pengetahuan tinggi tentang produksi membutuhkan biaya yang sangat besar, kesulitan penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, dibutuhkan kerjasama dengan perajin batik yang mengerti proses batik. Keterbatasan canting membuat wujud desain gambar tidak terlalu mirip dengan aslinya, waktu pengerjaannya 2 sampai 4 bulan, sehingga pelayanan yang diharapkan dapat memuaskan pelanggan hal tersebut tidak dapat diwujudkan. Selain itu juga desain Batik Fractalmasih asing di telinga masyarakat dibandingkan dengan motif batik lainnya dan belum dapat dikembangkan secara menyeluruh, sehingga untuk mengarah pada inovasi yang diharapkan pelanggan belum dapat direalisasikan dengan baik.Hal ini terkendala oleh SDM yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.Sedangkan penyesuaian bahan baku dan bahan penunjang lainnya dalam pelaksanaan produksi

This research is conducted to determine the influence of motivation, knowledge, experience, and environment on entrepreneurial success. This research method uses descriptive and verification methods. The data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to 75 students who already have businesses. The analytical tool used to analyze the data in SPSS version 22. From the research results, it is obtained that motivation, knowledge, experience, and environment influence entrepreneurial success. The marginalization of this study was that motivation, knowledge, and the environment had more influence on entrepreneurial success. While the results of previous studies of motivation, experience, and environment that influence the success of entrepreneurship.

Many MSME Actors can not survive or in other words roll out. Various ways are done by MSMEs to stay afloat. One of them is by reducing the workforce and innovating and creativity following the developing conditions. However, there are many obstacles faced by MSMEs in the post-Covid 19 pandemic or the new normal. This is due to significant changes in government regulations and consumer behavior. So that it has an impact on the business run by MSMEs. The government that establishes health protocols to prevent the spread of Covid in every aspect of community activities and the spread of the Covid 19 Virus that still can not be handled makes consumer behavior more selective in choosing and using products. So that consumers only buy products that they need and guaranteed health at affordable prices and more are done online. This is the problem faced by MSMEs where the marketing of their products that have been marketed offline inevitably has to be done online. In addition, the required product quality standards must be guaranteed and safe Covid 19 Virus is a challenge for MSMEs to be strict in the production process activities to reach consumers. Another major problem is the business capital that is needed by MSMEs in running their businesses. The solution of these constraints provides directions and explanations related to the use of Digitalisasi Marketing for the onlinesales process. Control the quality of production and explain how to get Business Capital. The plan of such activities include preparing and implementing briefings and explanations of activities using Digital Marketing, Production Quality Control, and how to obtain Business Capital. Sehingga banyak wisatawan yang datang ke Bandung hanya untuk wisata kuliner.Hal ini membuat bisnis kuliner menjadi salah satu bisnis yang sedang diminati saat ini.Kondisi ini yang membuat banyak pebisnis baik muda maupun tua meminati usaha ini.Semakin banyaknya pebisnis yang menjalankan usaha ini menimbulkan persaingan yang sangat ketat antar pebisnis kuliner.Persaingan yang ketat antar pebisnis kuliner menuntut para pebisnis kuliner selalu berupaya meningkatkan daya saing melalui banyak aspek yang dapatditawarkan. Kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan adalah beberapa aspek yang sangatpenting karena konsumen menginginkan produk dan pelayanan yang sesuai dengan apa yangmereka harapkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitasproduk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Toko Kue dan Roti Prima Rasa Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif verifikatif yang pada dasarnya ingin menguji kebenaran dari suatu hipotesis yang dilaksanakan melalui pengumpulan data di lapangan guna memprediksi dan menjelaskan hubungan atau pengaruh dari suatu variabel terhadap variabel lainnya. Banyaknya sampel yang diteliti adalah 80 responden yang merupakankonsumen Toko Kue dan Roti Prima Rasa Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa persamaan regresi linear berganda untuk pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah Y = 0,60 + 0,33 X1 + 0,52 X2. Kualitas produk dengan skor rata-rata 3,87 masuk dalam criteria “Baik” dan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian berdasarkan thitung (3,01) > ttabel (1,996) dengan uji dua pihak dan derajat bebas (df) = 67 ; α = 0,05. kualitas pelayanan dengan skor rata-rata 3,86 masuk dalam kriteria “Baik” dan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian berdasarkan thitung (4,95) > ttabel (1,996). Kualitas pembelian memiliki skor ratarata 3,87 masuk dalam criteria “Baik”. Sedangkan secara simultan kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian karena nilai Fhitung (67,3) > Ftabel (3,134).

Adjeng MarianaKota Bandung merupakan kota metropolitan terbesar di Jawa Barat sekaligus menjadi ibu kota provinsi tersebut. Kota Bandung juga dikenal sebagai kota belanja, dengan mall dan factory outlet yang banyak tersebar di kota ini. Selain memiliki puluhan factory outlet yang tersebar di seluruh penjuru daerah, Kota Bandung juga memiliki potensi bisnis kuliner yang sangat beragam. Dari mulai menu masakan nusantara hingga menu kuliner mancanegara, ditawarkan para pelaku usaha untuk memanjakan para pecinta kuliner di daerah Bandung dan sekitarnya. Sejak dibukanya Jalan Tol Cipularang, kota Bandung telah menjadi tujuan utama dalam menikmati liburan akhir pekan terutama dari masyarakat yang berasal dari Jakarta sekitarnya. Melihat banyaknya peluang usaha kreatif yang terdapat di daerah Bandung, tidaklah heran bila Kota Bandung menjadi gudangnya para pebisnis kreatif dan menjadi salah satu daerah di Indonesia yang ikut serta mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif di tingkat nasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Tingkat kunjungan wisatawan terhadap peningkatan jumlah pengusaha kuliner dan Inovasi Produk kuliler. Sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 200 Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) makanan dan minuman di Kota Bandung – Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat descriptif, dan verificatif , tujuannya untuk memperoleh gambaran atau deskripsi tentang peningkatan pengusaha kuliner , pendekatan pemodelan tehnik solusi yang akan digunakan sebagai alat analisis yaitu metode Analisa Regresi Berganda Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa tingkat kunjungan wisatawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah pengusaha kuliner dan Inovasi produk. Semakin banyak wisatawan berkunjung maka semakin bertambah juga pengusaha kuliner. Dan agar pengusaha kuliner yang ada tetap dapat bertahan maka dituntut dapat melakukan inovasi terhadap produk yang ditawarkan.

Rumusan masalah makalah ini dengan menganalisa informasi yang didapat dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan terhadap pemilik bisnis crochate dan sulam tangan. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan. Implikasi yang akan diperoleh dari studi ini adalah strategi penciptaan nilai untuk produk crochate dan sulam tangan agar tetap dapat memenangkan persaingan di era MEA 2015.

Industri Telematika sendiri saat ini merupakan industri yang sedang berkembang dengan pesat di dunia dengan pertumbuhan 6,9 % per tahun. Pada tahun 2004 pasar telematika dunia mencapai US$ 533 miliar, sedangkan pasar telematika Asia tercatat US$ 42 miliar dengan pertumbuhan 23% per tahun. Perkembangan multimedia mengikuti perkembangan internet, maka multimedia merupakan pasar yang pertumbuhannya tercepat di dunia saat ini.lebih dari 400 juta orang bekerja dalam bidang pengetahuan, pendidikan, pemerintahan, dan bisnis menggunakan internet untuk bertukar informasi atau membuat transaksi bisnis dengan organisasi seluruh dunia. Pertumbuhan internet ini dipicu oleh kemajuan di bidang teknologi informasi dan perang harga yang secara dramatis telah menurunkan biaya komputer multimedia. Jumlah konsumen yang terus meningkat telah menciptakan pasar yang lebih besar bagi aplikasi multimedia dan berbagai tool baru telah memungkinkan lebih banyak orang menjadi pengembang multimedia. Layanan multimedia online sedang mengalami booming, selain itu penggunaan multimedia di berbagai bidang semakin meningkat. Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas maka dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan perencanaan bisnis mengenai bisnis jasa Multimedia Manajemen. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat apakah bisnis Manajemen Multimedia ini layak atau tidak untuk dijalankan dengan membuat analisis industri, perencanaan bisnis dan strategi implementasi. Model yang digunakan untuk analisis industri adalah model Five Competitive Advantage Michael Porter. Metode yang digunakan untuk perencanaan bisnis adalah metode eksploratif. Metode eksploratif adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah riset yang akan digunakan layak. Perencanaan bisnis yang dilakukan dilihat dari empat aspek yaitu aspek pemasaran, aspek operasional, aspek sumber daya manusia dan aspek keuangan. Dari hasil analisis aspek keuangan, bisnis yang dijalankan layak karena menghasilkan nilai Net Present Value positif yaitu Rp. 453.846.830,-. Internal Rate of Return 47,91% lebih besar dari Interest Rate 13,25%. Profitability Index yang dihasilkan sebesar 2,23 dan Payback Period 6 bulan. Payback Period tersebut kurang dari jangka waktu kredit selama 2 tahun.

It is one of the village communities in Indonesia. The village is still preserving the cultural customs that are located in Neglasari Village, Salawu Sub District, Tasikmalaya District. The people still hold strong the traditions that are inherited from their ancestors. Kampung Naga is also still a community either its beliefs or culture that is not affected with the cultures outside their village. And they also still exist and are still able to survive in the midst of cultural changes that occur in West Java in particular and Indonesian society in general. This research is to develop a strategy of using e-tourism to promote Kampung Naga as a tourist destination which is worth visiting by tourists, especially cultural-loving tourists. The analysis technique is the SWOT analysis. The research results can be used by related parties to develop and improve tourism in Kampung Naga.

It makes the companies produce their products with halal labels on them. It is done to make the products to be accepted in the market. To use of halal labels among producers in Indonesia is a must. This study aims to analyze how the influence in the use of halal labels is used by cosmetic products in Bandung city on customer loyalty. The sample of this study was 300 female cosmetic users in Bandung city. The approach is using SEM AMOS. The results of this study prove that the form of loyalty or customer loyalty is more dominantly formed by trust while the halal labels only reinforce it. The results of this study are different from previous studies which stated that halal labels dominantly form customer loyalty. The implications of this study can be used by entrepreneurs in cosmetics, food, beverages, clothing and medicine.

The results of this study will reveal how big the effect on the service quality of student satisfaction and it has implications of the word of mouth student.
