Abstract
Game development, as well as other software development, requiring approaches and good project
management. The game developer then adopted several approaches on software development to be implemented
on a game development environment. Along with the increased popularity of Agile methodologies in software
development, then on game development is also available Game-Scrum methodology. In Game-Scrum
methodology, the development of the game is divided into three main stages, namely pre-production, production
and post-production, where at each stage consists of a set of iterations. In this research will be applied method
of Game-Scrum for game development "Super Sonic Shoot". This game is an arcade game with Shoot em up
type. The game is designed to be played on mobile devices based on Android. The design of this game is
replicate the classic game "Galaxian" that was popular in the years 1980-1990. The game is designed to be
played on mobile devices based on Android with moderate specs. This game is tested on several types of Android
operating system, and optimum results obtained at Kitkat operating system with 1Gb RAM.
