    NAIVE BAYES BINARY CLASSIFICATION FOR FILM REVIEW

    Online streaming services provide thousands of movie collections that can be watched by customers, viewers usually choose films based on reviews and ratings. To save time in the selection of good programs, there needs to be a tool to classify the various reviews available to choose which films are worth watching. Classification is an important topic in machine learning and data mining. In this study we use the naïve bayes algorithm which is one of the most efficient and effective algorithms for classification. The data set used in this study is the IMDB film review data taken from [4], as many as 50000 data that has been given 2 types of classification labels, namely "negative" and "positive".It can be concluded that the accuracy of the Naïve Bayes algorithm by applying the Multinomial and Beroulli methods is able to classify film reviews well in all test scenarios with the best accuracy achieved is 84%.

    THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY CONCERNS AND COMPANY FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE: EVIDENCE FROM INDONESIAN COMMERCIAL BANKS

    This study addresses the issue of whether mandatory internal corporate governance mechanisms, particularly the role of board of commissioners as the board supervision function, could influence corporate sustainability concerns as the construct of corporate responsibility disclosure. Further, this study examines whether there is an extended impact of the relationship of corporate sustainability concern on financial performance, in terms of both financial health and market value performance. This study provides evidence that the board of commissioners could be an important control mechanism to encourage the company to be more concerned with corporate sustainability with respect to economic, environment, and social activities. Further, viewed from the shareholder perspective, the positive influence brought by the board of commissioners on corporate sustainability concerns may dampen the firm's market value. On the other hand, according to the stakeholder perspective, the positive influence of the board of commissioners on corporate sustainability concern will improve company market value performance through its financial health performance. Moreover, this study also reveals that the motive of Indonesian banking companies in engaging in corporate sustainability initiatives tends to be altruistic. Indonesian commercial banking companies conduct corporate social responsibility activities only for their own sake, which influences the reduction of the company’s financial performance, both financial health and market value performance.

    EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION, CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY CONCERNS AND COMPANY FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE IN INDONESIAN COMMERCIAL BANKING

    This research explores the potential influence of executive compensation on corporate sustainability concerns and company financial performance. Interestingly, by investigating the pay-for-performance relationship, this study finds that executive compensation has a direct significant positive impact on corporate sustainability concerns and both company financial health and market value performance. Meanwhile, by adopting a shareholder perspective, this study reveals that higher executive compensation can encourage managers to adopt more corporate sustainability concerns for the shareholders' and/or managers' benefits; however, this will reduce the firm's value. Moreover, a counter-balance mechanism occurs when employs the stakeholders' perspective is employed. High executive compensation motivates managers to implement more corporate sustainability concerns to serve all stakeholders’ interests, which may to increase the firm's market value through company financial health.

    Universitas harus memiliki perencanaan kinerja yang merupakan suatu proses di mana dosen dan lembaga bekerjasama merencanakan apa yang harus dikerjakan dosen pada tahun mendatang. Sikap dosen terhadap_ pekerjaan merupakan keyakinan seorang dosen. mengenai pekerjaan yang diembannya. Pemimpin adalah signifikan bagi keberhasilan universitas dalam rangka memba'ntu tercapainya tujuan universitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah , untuk kepemimpinan fakultas/universitas widyatama, sikap dosen tetap Universitas Widyatama, pengaruh kepemimpinan dan sikap dosen terhadap kinerja dosen tetap Universitas Widayatama · Tanggapan dosen tetap UT AMA terhadap kepemimpinan Universitas Widyatama adalah negatif sebesar 41,28%, hal m1 menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin universitas/fakultas belum berhasil memahami keberadaan universitas sebagai organisasi kompleks yang unik, serta belum mampu melaksanakan perannya dalam universitas Tanggapan responden terhadap sikap dosen adalah sebagian besar positif (66,49%), hal ini dapat tercermin dari kepercayaan, kepuasan dan perilaku yang berpengaruh positif terhadap pekerjaannyadalam hal pengajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat Berdasarkan hasil statistik menunjukkan bahwa model kinerja dosen tetap dapat diterangkan oleh variabel kepemimpinan dan sikap dosen sebesar sebesar 62%, sisanya diterangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam modal penelitian ini

    PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN JOB INSECURITY TERHADAP INTENSI TURN OVER

    Responden penelitian adalah dosen Universitas Widyatama, tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis komitmen organisasi, job insecurity terhadap intensi turn over. Metode pengambilan data dengan cara survey, metode penentuan sampel dengan Simple Random Sampling (SRS). Skala liker digunakan untuk metode analisis data dengan interval 0,8. Pengujian dilakukan dengan analisis regresi berganda, serta melakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji assumsi klasik. Variabel penelitian XI dan X2 terhadap Y. Tanggapan responden untuk komitmen organisasi tinggi, untuk komitmen afektif, normatif dan continuance dengan skor tertinggi ada pada afektif. Job insecurity dan intensi turn over dosen juga tinggi
