Inside a company, there are a number of employees who are responsible for keeping the business run by the company. In order for companies to last a considerable amount of time, it is expected to require companies to have qualified employees and human management as well as to play an essential role in their lifetime. The study USES a quantitative approach method, it analyzes the effect work discipline and work environment have on employees' performance. The methods used to collect data in this study use the questionnaire's method. With a remarkably impressive sampling of all 129 employees. As for the measurement used to measure a respondent's answer is to use the Likert scale. How to present the respondents with a statement list as a tool for collecting data or information from the respondents? Each statement is available with choice and is given a score as a weight of the answer asked. As the result of this study shows, work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employees' performance and the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employees' performance in Bandung, Indonesia.

Companies need to make policies so that their business processes can continue to run, one of which is through work from home and knowing the job stress experienced by employees and their impact on employee productivity. The objective of this research was to investigate influence of work from home and job stress to employee productivity in Indonesia during Pandemic Covid-19. The researcher used to work from home and job stress as independent variable, then employee productivity as dependent variable. Quantitative research with this type of associative research is used to determine the effect between variables. This research uses multiple regression analysis. The finding of this research are the quality of work from home, job stress, and employee productivity in Indonesia during Pandemic Covid-19 are good. Simultaneously, work from home and job stress have significant influence on employee productivity in Indonesia during the pandemic covid-19. While partially, work from home has positive and significant influence on employee productivity and job stress has negative and significant influence on employee productivity in Indonesia during the pandemic covid-19.
- ItemPRODUCT ATTRIBUTES AND PRICE OF IPHONE X IN DETERMINING THE CONSUMER PURCHASE DECISION (STUDY ON CONSUMER IBOX BEC BANDUNG)(Solid State Technology, 2020) Destriyandri, Vikka Noer; Laela, Ravena Alya; Mubarak, Farhannuddin Irsyad; Bestari, Dinda Kayani PutriThis research aims to describe the effect of product attributes and price on consumer decisions in buying iPhone X products at iBox BEC Bandung. The research method used is the verification method with sampling techniques, namely probability sampling with simple random. The research sample used was 115 respondents who bought iPhone X products at iBox BEC Bandung. The instruments used in this study were questionnaire sheets, observation sheets, and iBox consumer interview sheets at BEC Bandung. The research data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative statistics. The results showed that: (1) the product attribute was 61.89% in good category and got a positive response; (2) affordability of product prices is 76.62% which indicates that the majority of consumers feel that the price of the product is quite affordable; (3) consumer purchasing decisions for iPhone X products amounted to 62.32% in a good category; (4) product attributes affect purchasing decisions by 46.8%, thus indicating that there is a positive reciprocal relationship between the two variables at moderate level; (5) price affects purchasing decisions, with a level of 41.7%, thus indicating that there is a positive reciprocal relationship between the two variables; (6) the product attribute affects the price, with a level of 70.3%, thus indicating that there is a positive reciprocal relationship between the two variables.

The main objective of a business is to sell products and services for a profit. Social media advertising can also assist consumers in making decisions regarding the products and services to be purchased and consumers can confirm or have an overview of the services that will be obtained so that they are of interest to visitors. This research method is a survey with a quantitative analysis approach. The objective is to examine the influence of Social Media Advertising, Consumer Trust in Hotel Visiting Interest in West Java during the Pandemic Era. The variables in this research consist of independent variables and dependent variables. Independent variable is a variable whose value affects the value of other variables or variables that cause changes or changes in the dependent variable. (The independent variables used in this study are Social Media Advertising (X1) and Consumer Trust (X2). While the dependent variable is the variable that is influenced or becomes a result of the independent variable. Where the dependent variable of this study is visiting interest (Y The method of data collection used a questionnaire instrument with 100 respondents from West Java. The method used was simple random sampling with an error rate of 5%. The data were processed and analyzed using the SPSS for Windows 21.0 series software. The results showed that social media advertising variables and consumer trust had a significant effect on visiting interest. Based on these results, it can be ascertained that social media advertisements affect the interest in visiting hotels in West Java.

KPSBU (North Bandung Cattle Breeders cooperative) is one of the many producers of yogurt makers in the West Bandung Regency area. The factors tested in this study are promotion and price as independent variables. While purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. The population in this study were KPSBU consumers with a population of 461. The technique of determining the sample used in this study was a non-probability sampling technique with accidental sampling method. While to calculate the sample size using the Slovin formula, so the number of samples in this study were 82 consumers. Based on the results of the research partially and simultaneously showed that promotion and prices have a significant effect on Freshtime yogurt purchasing decisions at KPSBU. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the company so that it can be used as material information and input to improve company performance.
- ItemAPPLICATION OF STATISTICAL QUALITY CONTROL (SQC) FOR PRODUCT 04G22 ON PT. MARUICHI INDONESIA(Solid State Technology, 2020) Dwiartono, Alviandri Indra; Nugraha, M. Dwiki; Kara, M. Abdul Jabar; Dora, Yenny MayaPT. Maruichi Indonesia is a foreign manufacturing company from Japan that is engaged in the two-wheeler automotive component industry. One of the types of products produced is type 04G22. In its production, PT Maruichi Indonesi still has defect products. Even though there are not many defective products, this condition that occurs continuously will have a bad impact on the company's financial condition. Therefore, the aim of this research is quality control using Statistical Quality Control (SQC) to monitor the product production process to comply with the standards set by the company. The method used in this study is Statistical Qualitic Control with Check Sheet tools, histograms, Pareto diagrams, and fishbone charts. The results of the study can be seen that the percentage of NG in the pattern defect category is 0.06% and 1.92 in the large hole category, in the pareto diagram the disability NG large hole is 99.96%, as well as the causal diagram. The cause of defects is caused by a work process that is not in accordance with company standard procedures. From the results of the research conducted, the types of damage that often arise in 04G22 products are categorized into the category of pattern defects and large holes. The results of the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) analysis of the data obtained by using control chart analysis shows that the production of product type 04G22 at PT. Maruichi Indonesia is still under control.

Restaurants are part of the tourism industry which acts as a service provider, eating and drinking for people who are far from their homes. The consumer's need for the service value of a restaurant encourages food and beverage service providers to get involved in the competition and win it. Each existing restaurant activity must be focused on management efforts to provide service performance that exceeds consumer expectations. These efforts can be made through a service quality development strategy consisting of reliability, responsibility, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. Based on the description above, research is carried out on the strategy of developing service quality on customer satisfaction. The unit of analysis of this research is consumer’s at SouthBank Bar & Resto Bandung in a sample size of 100 guests. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods, this research was conducted in less than one year, so the method used is the cross sectional method. The data used are primary data and secondary data which is carried out through literature study and questionnaires. Based on the statistical hypothesis, service quality which consists of reliability, responsibility, assurance, empathy, and tangibles can affect customer satisfaction and have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously. Therefore, restaurant management is expected to be able to improve service performance to increase customer satisfaction scores.
- ItemCAPITAL MARKET REACTION TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PSBB IN THE MIDDLE OF PANDEMIC COVID 19(Solid State Technology, 2020) Hertina, Dede; Fadhila, Yolla; Maulida, Prima Noor; Satriani, Gilby; Aprilia, Namira; Ventresca; Saudi, Mohd Haizam; Sinaga, ObsatarThis research is an event study research that aims to determine differences by analyzing the market reaction represented by the average abnormal stock returns that occurred in the period before, during, and after the implementation of the PSBB policy in the mids of the COVID 19 pandemic by the Indonesian government. This study uses secondary data in the form of daily stock activity data from before to after the implementation of the PSBB policy by the government. The sample selection method in the study used saturated sampling where there were 33 sample companies with a 21-day observation period. Data analysis was performed using the paired sample t-test parametric statistical test. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the average abnormal return in the before- time and beforeafter periods. However, in the period after which the results of the study prove that there is a significant difference in the average abnormal return.

To measure and analyze the relationship between variables independent on the top and variable dependent, author spreading questionnaires to 150 consumer users KRLBaraya Geulis, then use the methods of statistical analysis of the coefficient of correlation rank correlation to assess the respondent. The results of the answers are analyzed. The coefficient of determination and statistical t-test both performed by using tools SPSS 14.0. From the results of the research that the response of consumers on the quality of services and satisfaction of consumers KRLBaraya Geulis is, there is a positive relationship between the quality of service (X) and the satisfaction of the customer (X) at KRL Baraya geulis. So, the hypothesis that the author makes can be accepted, meaning that the author's hypothesis is supported by facts in the field. Statement hypothesis "Quality of service (X) has the effect that significant to the satisfaction of the customer (Y) at KRL Baraya geulis".

Brand image is one of the factors considered to have an impact on the purchase decision of a customer while purchasing an airplane ticket. In the minds of customers, Memos Travel is believed to have a strong reputation. In addition to the brand image, the next aspect that is considered to influence customer buying decisions maybe price. Memos Travel provides premiums for plane tickets that are significantly lower than the prices of rivals. Service quality is the next aspect that can affect purchase decisions. The bulk of customers are pleased with the Memos Travel service. But while it has been helped by these three factors, due to a decline in customer purchase decisions to buy airplane tickets on Memos Travel, it is currently unable to raise the revenue received by Memos Travel. The method of analysis used is descriptive and verification techniques. Consumers who would buy airplane tickets are the population and the sample in this report. Purposeful sampling was the sampling approach used. Using multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient determination analysis, and hypothesis testing, data processing was done. Based on the research findings, it can be inferred that there is an effect on purchase decisions at Memos Travel between brand image, price, and service quality either partially or concurrently.

The type of research used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. This research consists of free variables namely Work Environment and Leadership Style and bound variables namely Nurse Work Achievement. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire distributed to nurses at Santo Yusup Hospital with 173 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% showed that: (1) the work environment and leadership style simultaneously positively and significantly affect the work performance of nurses with an F test grade showing F_count (82,167) > F_Table (3.90). (2) The work environment partially and significantly affects the work performance of nurses with a test score of T showing t_count (9,787) > t_Table (1,974). (3) Leadership style partially and significantly affects the work performance of nurses with a test score of t_count (3,145) > t_Table (1,974).

The results of the study define that leadership style is a behavior or behavior that a leader has to move his subordinates to work in accordance with organizational goals with indicators, namely leadership style, leadership style, bureaucracy, leadership style, and participatory leadership. Workload is the volume of work delegated to someone and must be completed within a certain period of time in accordance with the targets that have been set with indicators, namely job conditions, work targets, and time to complete the work. Work productivity is the result obtained from work done by paying attention to timeliness, cost, labor, and thoughts with indicators namely quantity of work, quality of work, work discipline and timeliness.

The purpose of this research is to find out the level of quality of service and product features affecting consumer satisfaction. The factors tested in this study were The Quality of Service and Product Features as independent variables. While Consumer Satisfaction as a dependent variable. The research methods used in this study are descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study is Students of the S1 Management Study Program, Regular A, Class of 2017 Widyatama University. The sample determination technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique with the number of samples that are 111 respondents. While the analysis method used in this study is spearman rank correlation, the determination coefficient and linear regression doubled at a rate of the significance of 5%. The program is used in analyzing data using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Ver. 25.00. The results showed that the quality of service provided a significant and positive influence on consumer satisfaction by 32.2%. While product features have a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction by 21.1%.

- ItemDO CAPM OR APT IS BETTER IN PREDICTING SHARIA STOCK RETURN?(Solid State Technology, 2020) Gusni; Susilawati, Gatri; Utami, Indriati Melanda; Hardianti, Novi; Aswendah, Selvia NurulCapital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) and Arbitrage Pricing Theory are two basic models for understanding the relationship between stock return and risk in assessing shares traded in the capital market. The purpose of this study is to understand whether CAPM or APT is better and more accurate in predicting the return of sharia stocks traded in the Indonesia capital market. This study uses secondary data gathered from the official website of Indonesia Capital Market. In the way to achieve the research objective, this study using mean signed prediction error to verify which method is more accurate in predicting sharia stock return in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) 30 for the period of 2015 – 2019 which sample was taken from 14 companies by using a purposive sampling technique. The result of this study indicate that the APT method is more suitable and accurate using by investors in estimating the return of sharia stocks that are registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) 30.

The study used a quantitative survey approach involving 73 respondents from various backgrounds obtained by snowball sampling technique. The results of empirical testing show that work stress and Work-Life balance have a positive effect on work productivity. For the long term (post-Covid 19), the majority of respondents want to continue working from home rather than at the office. This research identifies factors that are fun and disrupt employee productivity when working from home. The process of generating research results must be carried out carefully due to specific context factors and the risk of common method bias. This paper presents an understanding of the importance of organizations thinking about the sustainability of work from home work patterns that encourage employee productivity by paying attention to the level of employee mental health and well-being. This means that in the future this will become a strategic policy to encourage employee welfare on the one hand and organizational performance on the other.

This study uses an approach method of quantitative verification. The population of the research is 50 employees at PT Cipta Bangun Nusantara. The collecting of data in this research is conducted with a survey in a form of a questionnaire given to the respondents. The result of the research shows that motivation and compensation affect positively and significantly on employees’ performance. Between the two variables, motivation affects more dominantly on employees’ performance than compensation.

The need for fresh capital to improve the financial performance has led these industries to restructure their sources of capital. The research analyzed and investigated the capital structure measured by debt to equity ratio, profitability measured by return on asset and earning per share and its effect to company’s value measured by the stock price. The research method uses descriptive and verificative methods. The investigations employed the panel data regression models. Observations were made on 31 mining and mining service industries listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2015-2019 period used the purposive sampling method. The findings showed that debt to equity ratio has negative and significant effect to the stock price, return on asset and earning per share has positive and significant effect to the stock prices during the investigation period.
