- ItemTHE EFFECT OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INDONESIAN SUSTAINABLE PALM OIL (ISPO) ON THE AVERAGE EXPORT VALUE OF INDONESIAN CRUDE PALM OIL (CPO) TO THE NETHERLANDS AND ITALY DURING THE 2012-2017 PERIOD(Solid State Technology, 2020) Solihin, I.; Putra, Reynaldo Tryevan; Salamah, Neng Siti; Fidya, Excita Suci; Khairunnisaa, Lia AuliaThis study aims to determine the effect of the application of Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) on the average export value of Indonesian Crude Palm Oil (CPO) to the Netherlands and Italy during the period 2012 - 2017. The choice of the two export destination countries was due to the two countries This is a member of the European Union that plans to implement a Renewable Energy Directive (RED) policy that has the potential to reduce CPO exports to these countries. The research method used in this study uses the average difference test method by comparing the average export value of Indonesian CPO before the implementation of ISPO in 2014 with the average export value of CPO after the implementation of ISPO. Research shows that there is no significant difference in the average value of CPO exports between before and after the implementation of ISPO. This shows that the implementation of ISPO has not been able to have a positive impact on increasing Indonesia's CPO exports to the Netherlands and Italy.

Efforts to produce quality human resources will require good performance. To improve good performance, agencies provide a good work environment and in accordance with work needs and every employee must be able to communicate well in the organization. The State Civil Apparatus will feel happy and more active with the work environment provided by the XYZ Sub-District of Bandung, this has resulted in a good performance in the Bandung Sub-District of XYZ, with an increase in percentage in each period and the State Civil Apparatus of the XYZ Sub-District in communicating within the organization is quite good. Therefore, this study aims to determine how much influence the work environment and organizational communication on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the District of XYZ, Bandung. The research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to the State Civil Apparatus in the District XYZ Bandung City as many as 40 respondents. The results of the study using quantitative methods showed a coefficient value of 17.3%, meaning that the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the XYZ Sub-District of Bandung was 17.3% influenced by the work environment and organizational communication and its sis by 82.7% influenced by other factors not examined in this research.
- ItemPRODUCT ATTRIBUTES AND PRICE OF IPHONE X IN DETERMINING THE CONSUMER PURCHASE DECISION (STUDY ON CONSUMER IBOX BEC BANDUNG)(Solid State Technology, 2020) Destriyandri, Vikka Noer; Laela, Ravena Alya; Mubarak, Farhannuddin Irsyad; Bestari, Dinda Kayani PutriThis research aims to describe the effect of product attributes and price on consumer decisions in buying iPhone X products at iBox BEC Bandung. The research method used is the verification method with sampling techniques, namely probability sampling with simple random. The research sample used was 115 respondents who bought iPhone X products at iBox BEC Bandung. The instruments used in this study were questionnaire sheets, observation sheets, and iBox consumer interview sheets at BEC Bandung. The research data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative statistics. The results showed that: (1) the product attribute was 61.89% in good category and got a positive response; (2) affordability of product prices is 76.62% which indicates that the majority of consumers feel that the price of the product is quite affordable; (3) consumer purchasing decisions for iPhone X products amounted to 62.32% in a good category; (4) product attributes affect purchasing decisions by 46.8%, thus indicating that there is a positive reciprocal relationship between the two variables at moderate level; (5) price affects purchasing decisions, with a level of 41.7%, thus indicating that there is a positive reciprocal relationship between the two variables; (6) the product attribute affects the price, with a level of 70.3%, thus indicating that there is a positive reciprocal relationship between the two variables.

Iqbal; Meilinda, Sintia; Rafli L., Muhammad; Rezkia, MochamadThe purpose of this study was to analyze (1) the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of the fish cultivator micro enterprise; (2) The influence of innovation on the performance of the fish cultivator micro enterprise; (3) The influence of entrepreneurship orientation on performance through the innovation of fish cultivator micro enterprise Entrepreneurial orientation is measured through an innovative, proactive, and risk-taking perspective. Innovation is measured through the perspective of product innovation, process innovation, market innovation and drivers. Performance is measured through a balanced scorecard perspective. The method in this study used an explanatory method with data collection techniques through a questionnaire consisting of variable indicators with a rating scale of 1 to 5. A total of 241 fish cultivator micro enterprises were selected as research objects. The collected data were processed using Path Analysis with SPSS software. The results showed that (1) entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the fish cultivator micro enterprise; (2) Innovation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the fish cultivator micro enterprise; (3) Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the fish cultivator micro enterprise through innovation. Innovation is one of the important factors to improve micro enterprise performance by encourage entrepreneurial orientation.

Return on equity (ROA) and earning per share (EPS) are proxies for profitability, while exchange rate (ER) and inflation (IFL) are proxies for macroeconomic variables. The data is only stationary in the first difference and has a cointegration relationship between variables so that the short-run balance is seen using Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis. This research uses panel data from 1999 to 2019. The results of the data test show that both in the long term and in the short term the effect on stock prices is earnings per share (EPS). Meanwhile, return on assets (ROA), exchange rate (ER), and inflation (IFL) have no effect on stock prices.

The factors tested in this study were the provision of incentives and leadership styles as independent variables. While employee performance is the dependent variable. The research method used in this study is the verification method. The population in this study were employees of the Bandung Class I Immigration Office. The sampling technique used in this study is the probability sampling technique with saturated sampling technique. While the number of samples in this study amounted to 116 employees of the Class I Immigration Office in Bandung. While the analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analyze at a significance level of 5%. The program used in analyzing data uses Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Ver19.00. Based on the results of research partially and simultaneously shows that the provision of incentives and leadership styles affect the performance of employees at the Bandung Class I Immigration Office. The magnitude of the effect of providing incentives and leadership style in contributing influence to employee performance by 61.7%.
- ItemTHE EFFECT OF MOTIVATION AND REWARDS ON PERFORMANCE (CASE STUDY OF MEMBERS IN THE BANDUNG POLICE DRUG TASK FORCE)(Solid State Technology, 2020) Vebby, Muhammad; Salsabila, Diffania; Raisulumam; Asyifa, Nur; Budiawan, AndiPerformance is one of the important factors for the organization because with good performance the organizational goals can be achieved. Factors that can affect performance include motivation and rewarding. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and reward on the performance of the members of the Bandung Police Drug Task Force. This research uses quantitative methods, the sample taken in the study as many as 60 people with data collection using a questionnaire, analysis techniques for data processing with analysis of validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, F test, T-test and coefficient of determination. Based on the calculation of the validity test carried out from the three variables, the results show that all variables are valid. In this study, it is known that the rtable is 0.2542. From the reliability test, the result is 0.810> 0.60. Based on the results of the f test, namely 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated F value of 30.814> F table 3.156. Based on the results of the t-test, it is 0.140> 0.05 and the t value is -1.497 t table 2.002 which means that it affects Y. Based on the coefficient of determination, it is known that the value of R Square is 0.520, this means that the effect of variables X1 and X2 simultaneously on variable Y is 52%. Therefore, motivation and reward have a significant effect on member performance.

This research aims to determine whether the brand image and quality product of water heater CV.Bone Engineering Bandung affect to the Purchase Decision for water heater product of CV.Bone Engineering Bandung. The factors tested in this study are brand image and quality product as independent variables, while Purchase Decision is the dependent variable. The research method used is descriptive method, with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires. The population in the study were user or cunsumen of water heater in Bandung city particularly user or consumer that come to retail of CV.Bone Engineering Bandung with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis at a significant level of 5 percent The program used is SPSS 25 and Lisrel 8.80. The results showed that the two independent variables which is brand image and quality product had a significant effect on the Purchase Decision for water heater product of CV.Bone Engineering Bandung. But it does not make user or consumer of water heater want to use the product of water heater CV.Bone Engineering Bandung. CV.Bone Engineering Bandung can make some change of the brand image and quality product so that can make more benefit to user or consumer of water heater.

Restaurants are part of the tourism industry which acts as a service provider, eating and drinking for people who are far from their homes. The consumer's need for the service value of a restaurant encourages food and beverage service providers to get involved in the competition and win it. Each existing restaurant activity must be focused on management efforts to provide service performance that exceeds consumer expectations. These efforts can be made through a service quality development strategy consisting of reliability, responsibility, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. Based on the description above, research is carried out on the strategy of developing service quality on customer satisfaction. The unit of analysis of this research is consumer’s at SouthBank Bar & Resto Bandung in a sample size of 100 guests. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods, this research was conducted in less than one year, so the method used is the cross sectional method. The data used are primary data and secondary data which is carried out through literature study and questionnaires. Based on the statistical hypothesis, service quality which consists of reliability, responsibility, assurance, empathy, and tangibles can affect customer satisfaction and have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously. Therefore, restaurant management is expected to be able to improve service performance to increase customer satisfaction scores.

The type of research used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. This research consists of free variables namely Work Environment and Leadership Style and bound variables namely Nurse Work Achievement. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire distributed to nurses at Santo Yusup Hospital with 173 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% showed that: (1) the work environment and leadership style simultaneously positively and significantly affect the work performance of nurses with an F test grade showing F_count (82,167) > F_Table (3.90). (2) The work environment partially and significantly affects the work performance of nurses with a test score of T showing t_count (9,787) > t_Table (1,974). (3) Leadership style partially and significantly affects the work performance of nurses with a test score of t_count (3,145) > t_Table (1,974).

A leader has to know where he stands and what leadership style he’s adopting in order to become a better leader tomorrow, and in the end; to influence the employees to improve their performance. On this crisis situation during Covid-19 pandemic, Puskesmas (Public Health Center) is at the forefront facing the virus outbreak and at the same time becoming the essential institution to serve community in every district. Hence, their services are expected to be excellent. This study is carried out to determine and to analyze the impact of leadership style on employees’ performance by using simple linear regression and to partially analyze the impact of leadership style on employees’ performance of the Public Health Center at Puskesmas Pasir Kaliki, Puskesmas Babatan, Puskesmas Garuda and Puskesmas Sukaraja. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Data collection was achieved by distributing the questionnaire to 57 employees of the Pasir Kaliki Health Center, Babatan Health Center, Garuda Health Center and Sukaraja Community Health Center. This research uses descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple analysis, it shows that the regression and partial leadership style variable has a significant impact on employees’ performance.
- ItemTHE DETERMINANTS OF STOCK PRICE: FUNDAMENTAL AND TECHNICAL VARIABLE(Solid State Technology, 2020) Rulloh, Akbar; Amelia; N, Adela Sayida; Kartawijaya, Adhiyudha Catur; Komariah, SitiIndonesia is known as a rich country in natural resources, especially in the mining sector. The mining sector provides a high contribution to the sustainability of the country's economy and is also a major contributor to state revenue, especially non-tax revenue. However, market performance as measured by the mining industry's stock price is currently experiencing a downward trend. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to examine the factors that affect stock prices seen from the fundamental and technical approaches. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling method and those that met the sample selection criteria were 37 companies engaged in the mining sector and were always listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2015-2019 period. The analysis technique used in this research is panel regression. Hypothesis testing uses the F-test and hypothesis testing uses the T-test. The results showed that only the variable Earning Per Share (EPS) and world oil prices have an effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the variable Return on Assets (ROA), and Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), and Trading Volume Activity (TVA) have no effect on stock prices.

Some of the factors that influence are brand awareness, digital marketing, and brand image. The research aims to quantify these factors to determine their influence on the interest in the use of Bukalapak application. The method used is a survey method that is carried out by distributing intervalscale questionnaires. The questionnaire was filled out by 100 respondents from various circles who are users of e-commerce applications. The collected data were analyzed using verificative and descriptive analysis methods, with the help of SPSS 20. Based on verificative analysis obtained the value of the coefficient of determination from brand awareness, digital marketing, and brand image Bukalapak is 61.9%. The figure indicates brand awareness, digital marketing, and brand image significantly influence the interest in using the app.

The technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Primary data from this study were obtained from questionnaires and interviews with 90 respondents. The results of the study concluded that Network and Technology had an influence on the performance of SMEs with the scores for Network Variables (53.2%) and Technology (44.8%). This study is proposed to fill the research gap while emphasizing the importance of network and technology factors to the performance of SMEs in Balo Province. These two factors play an important role for the performance of SMEs in building creativity and innovation so that they are expected to make a positive contribution to a superior strategy

According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Industry in 2019, the important role of the textile industry is that the textile industry is able to absorb more than 13% of the total manufacturing workforce in Indonesia and generate huge foreign exchange. However, Indonesia is not in the top 10 textile exporters in the world, in fact, Indonesia is actually one of the largest textile importers in the world. Even though Indonesia has more potential to develop the textile industry than other countries. The purpose of this study was to determine The Influence of External Environmental Forces and Company Resources on Company Performance with Competitive Strategy as an Intervening Variable in the Non-Machine Weaving Equipment Industry (ATBM) in West Java. This study uses Mix Methods Research (MMR) with an explanatory design strategy and the method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The population in this study was the entire ATBM woven fabric industry in West Java with a population of 30 (DEPRIN data of West Java Province 2019). Data collection was done by means of questionnaires, observation, and literature study. The results of the research hypothesis are both Company Resources and Competitive Strategy has a significant positive influence on Company Performance whereas External Environmental Forces has an insignificant positive influence on Company Performance.

This research uses a descriptive verification method by distributing questionnaires to 115 residents of Bandung City evenly in five regions using accuracy tests, the Hosmer and Lemeshow models' feasibility test, the Nagelkerke r square test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the calculation results, it can be concluded that the price has a significant effect on the decision to use a safety mask. Public knowledge has a significant effect on the decision to use a safety mask, and price and public knowledge have a simultaneous influence on using a mask to use.

This study uses an approach method of quantitative verification. The population of the research is 50 employees at PT Cipta Bangun Nusantara. The collecting of data in this research is conducted with a survey in a form of a questionnaire given to the respondents. The result of the research shows that motivation and compensation affect positively and significantly on employees’ performance. Between the two variables, motivation affects more dominantly on employees’ performance than compensation.

This research was conducted on 9 companies in the construction and building sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The research method of verification with a population quantitative approach in this study is construction and building companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples is 9 companies and a population of 18 companies. The method used is a purposive sampling method, data processing using the program Eviews'9. Statistical data analysis was used by using the classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that partially the Current Ration variables have a significant effect on ROE. Meanwhile, the Debt Equity Ratio variable has no significant effect on ROE and the Consumer Price Index has a significant effect on ROE. The results of this research are expected to have an impact on the company, especially the construction sector in increasing profitability. The company should see liquidity and inflation which affect company profits. Profitability fluctuations that occur in this study are mostly caused by decreased profits experienced by the company.
