- ItemTHE ANALYSIS OF PROFITABILITY AND MACROECONOMIC VARIABLES AFFECTING TO THE STOCK PRICES IN INDONESIA: AN APPROACH OF ERROR CORRECTION MODELS (ECM) (A CASE STUDY IN THE RETAIL TRADE SUBSECTOR LISTED ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE FOR THE 2010-2019 PERIOD)(Solid State Technology, 2020) Amaliawiati, Lia; Asyifa, Annisa; Ekasari, Veronica Juniar; SariDewi, Visara May; SaraDewi, Sherma MayThis study aims to analyze the effect, both in the short and long term, of profitability and macroeconomic variables on stock prices in the retail trade subsector in Indonesia. Return on equity (ROA) and earning per share (EPS) are proxies for profitability, while exchange rate (ER) and inflation (IFL) are proxies for macroeconomic variables. The data is only stationary in the first difference and has a cointegration relationship between variables so that the short-run balance is seen using Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis. This research uses panel data from 1999 to 2019. The results of the data test show that both in the long term and in the short term the effect on stock prices is earnings per share (EPS). Meanwhile, return on assets (ROA), exchange rate (ER), and inflation (IFL) have no effect on stock prices.

- ItemANALYSIS OF WORKLOAD AND NON PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT ON JOB-RELATED STRESS ON TEACHERS IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ENVIRONMENTS IN PANDEMIC TIMES(WIBEST-III, 2022) Ramadhan, Aan Inka; Sariasih, Sri Fatmi; Yani, Melinia Febri; Septiani, Nadya; Dewi, Syania Tantri; Hayati, Neuneung RatnaThe purpose of this study is to determine the influence of workload and nonphysical work environment on elementary school teachers' job-related stress during a pandemic. The study included a poll of 68 primary school teachers who taught during the Covid-19 outbreak. Multiple Linear Regression was used to evaluate the data. The empirical tests indicate that respondents perceive an increase in workload, which leads to tremendous job stress. Simultaneously, the concept that a tremendous non-physical work environment might help minimize job-related stress is not supported. Additionally, respondents prefer face-to-face learning in the long run due to the various hurdles they confront. This study sheds light on the growth of job stress among elementary school teachers due to excessive workloads and the pressure to perform a variety of "new" activities in a short amount of time. However, generalizing the findings of this study has several limitations. The subsequent researchers can investigate with a longitudinal design to see the long-term effects of future changes in teaching and learning patterns.
