- ItemDESIGN OF SOCIAL ASSISTANCE FUND MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM AS THE GOVERNMENT STIMULUS IN THE PANDEMIC ERA(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Arwati, Dini; Latif, Dini VerdaniaThe Covid-19 pandemic has caused a decrease in the inflation rate in Indonesia. The decline in inflation is due to the low purchasing power of the people. To overcome this, the government needs to provide a stimulus in the form of social assistance. However, the provision of social assistance caused problems in the community; there are recipients who should not be entitled to receive, there are multiple recipients of social assistance, and there are cuts in the amount of aid by village officials. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an integrated management information system to overcome these problems. This study aims to develop a social assistance fund management information system. This management information system has three components, namely the community as the recipient of social assistance, the administrator as the channel of assistance and the evaluator as auditor and monitor of social assistance fund distribution activities of distributing social assistance funds. There are six stages in the distribution of assistance, namely: registration, feasibility evaluation, decision making, payment, reporting, auditing and monitoring.

With e government, it is hoped that information transparency will be created, especially financial information. A nontransparent system can result in budget misuse, resulting in high levels of corruption. Survey results at the global level show that there are cases of corruption that cause distrust of the government. This study aims to determine the effect of information transparency on public trust. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 200 residents of Bandung. The results of the study show that transparency regarding the transparency of the budget and implementation policies has no effect on public trust. While transparency of information regarding the process of preparing and implementing a budget influences on public trust. It can be concluded that the public pays more attention to the results of government real work. The public should also pay attention to policies, because the key to preparing and implementing the budget starts with the policy.

Ketiga variabel tersebut saling berkaitan, Jika salah satu variabel mengalami perubahan, maka akan berdampak pada variabel lainnya. Akan tetapi, terdapat trade off pada variabel-variabel tersebut, Jika perusahaan ingin menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas, tentu akan memakan waktu yang lama, akibatnya biaya akan tinggi. Jika perusahaan ingin menghasilkan produk dengan biaya rendah dalam waktu yang singkat, maka kualitas produk yang dihasilkan akan rendah. Dalam perusahaan dengan strategi kepemimpinan biaya, perusahaan berusaha untuk menghasilkan produk dengan biaya rendah dengan tetap mempethankan kualitas dan dapat memenuhi pesanan secara tepat waktu. Program linier dapat membantu manajer untuk meminimumkan biaya suatu pesanan tanpa mengabaikan kualitas dan pesanan pelanggan dapat dipenuhi secara tepat waktu.

There are two types of strategies in competitive strategy: cost leadership strategy and differentiated strategy. Accounting information systems that are designed by the company should be tailored to these needs. Therefore, accounting information systems are designed based on these competitive strategies. In cost leadership strategy, the applied information system is based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system approach, while for differentiated strategy used customer relationship management (CRM). This system is expected to improve the quality of information, namely information that is integrated, relevant, accurate, and timely.

The implementation of e government can increase public participation as citizen control in monitoring government activities. Public interest as citizen control is also supported by its understanding of the impact of corruption. This study aims to determine the effect of e-government implementation on the level of community participation as citizen control by using an understanding of the impact of corruption by the public as a moderating variable. This type of research is explanatory with a sample of 100 Bandung residents. This research uses regression analysis to analyze data. The results showed that the implementation of e government affected public participation as citizen control. This relationship is strengthened by the variable of citizens' understanding of the impact of corruption

Social media allows consumers to access thousands of information every day through the internet. Consumers can discuss brands with one another quickly and easily online. Consumer opinions about products and services online are now increasing and in turn affect opinion in an offline state. Internet users can provide reviews and ratings for all types of products, brands and services. These reviews can be positive or negative statements, product reviews and services in the form of positive statements encourage consumer purchasing decisions. This study seeks to explore and investigate whether a review of the quality of bank services through social media will encourage the selection of banks by depositors. This research design is a qualitative research design. The population in this study consisted of millennials residing in the city of Bandung, amounting to 912 thousand inhabitants. Samples to be taken are as many as 250 people. The research data was obtained through a questionnaire. The results showed that almost all the reviews that appear on social media will be able to encourage depositors in choosing a bank. Reviews on bank performance, easy and fast transaction services can provide comfort to all customers. In addition, reviews of high performance from employees, such as; friendliness, ability to provide fast responses to customers, skilled, highly motivated and have high initiative encouraging towards the selection of banks by depositors.

SMEs experienced a decline in sales and had difficulty obtaining raw materials. This study aims to examine SME strategies to survive in the pandemic era. This research uses a literature study approach with data from SMEs in five developing ASEAN countries; Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. The results showed that to overcome SME, the role of the government and large companies is needed. The assistance is in the form of funds, digital technology and training for SME employees.

In order to improve the performance of tourism, organizations need a good performance measurement tool. One of the tools that can be used is a balanced scorecard. The application of Balanced Scorecards will improve performance by identifying the cause and effect relationship between activity and performance based on four perspectives. Unfortunately, the measurement of Indonesia's tourism performance has not applied measurement based on customer perspective.
