Purpose: This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational climate on the performance of scientific publications lecturer at the Private University in West Java. Research Methods: Respondents in this study were 275 lecturers. The method used is the quantitative method and the analysis tool using Structural Equation Model. Originality: Research on organizational climate is related to the performance of scholarly scientific publications has not been done by previous researchers, so this research has a high originality. So this research can contribute in improving the performance of scholarly scientific publications. Findings: A conducive organizational climate is instrumental in improving the performance of scientific publications of lecturers at private universities in West Java from quantity, quality and timeliness in producing scientific publications.
