The previous research has suggested that integrated Human Recource Management System practice affects Organization Performance. The purpose of this research is to find the influence of human resource management system consist of draft of job description, training program of employee, performance appraisal and compensation to employees to organizational performance. This is a quantitative multiple regression research by explanatory hypotheses testing with causal studies, a census research with 67 employees at PT Progresio Edma Solusi – Bandung are choosen as a population respondents. Our finding that the sub-variable of draft of job descriptions, training program of employee and performance appraisal do not influence the performance of organization significantly. The only sub-variables that influence significantly is compensation to employees. It means that the company should improve the draft of job descriptions system that directly support the organization's performance, establish the training program that can support the achievement of the organization's performance and evaluate the training result also improve employee performance appraisal system based on high-performance. Human resource management system should be applied based on organization target and confirm that human resource management functions practicing provide high-performance employee while reaching high-performance organization.
