Abstract
Public awareness of a healthy lifestyle began to grow in Indonesia. Shapely but also to be healthy. Lifestye
shift, the need for healthy living is getting better. "Said Dina Carol organizers Indonesia Fitness & Health
Expo (IFEX) 2014, in Jakarta (source: http: //health.kompas.com/). The density of activity in recent times
cause people do not have many time to do sports, it makes a business opportunity that opened a fitness
center which is considered quite promising. Fitness is : sporting activities include the establishment of the
muscles of the body / physical done regularly and periodically aimed to keep the vitality of the body and practice (source: http: // toward fitness.blogspot.co.id) Fitness View is one of the company manage your
fitness business in town Bandung. Every company is expected to be competitive in the market to be able to
compete with the company should be able to provide quality products and services so that consumers can
be loyal to company. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect on the quality
of services to loyalty members Fitness View Bandung. The research method in this research is descriptive
verification method. The population in the study were 108 respondents, members of Fitness View Bandung,
this study sample of 85 respondents. Results from the study showed that the quality of services and
significant positive effect on loyalty fitness members and the influence of qualitty od services to loyalty at
53.8% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
