Abstract
The financial markets are an arena that has been changing very rapidly in recent years. This article
developed as a pedagogy discussion about what and how to teach finance using the inductive teaching
and learning. This method stimulate the students to learn the subject and, developing analytical
attitude and critical skills. This paper also reviews both the use of literature on learning and assessment
methods used in the field of finance, and intended to be discussed to increase efficiency of learning
and ensure better learning outcomes for our students.
