Strategi komunikasi dapat diartikan hubungan pengirim dan penerima, dapat mengalir dalam satu arah dan berakhir disana, atau sebuah pesan dapat menimbulkan respon secara formal yang dikenal dengan nama umpan balik dari penerima. (Setiadi, 2008: 242). Sedangkan minat beli ialah dorongan yang timbul dalam diri seseorang untuk membeli barang atau jasa dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan. (McCarthy 2002:298). Shooters pool tables adalah salah satu perusahaan di kota bandung yang bergerak di industri olahraga dan hiburan yaitu billiard, sehingga untuk memberikan image yang baik harus memiliki strategi komunikasi yang baik untuk menimbulkan minat konsumen dalam menggunakan produk pada shooterspool tables. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan strategi komunikasi, mengetahui minat konsumen dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh strategi komunikasi terhadap minat konsumen pada Shooters pool tables .Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pelaksanaan strategi komunikasi pada Shooters pool tables dapat dikatakan baik dengan nilai sebesar 3.88. Minat konsumen terhadap Shooters pool tables dapat dikatakan tinggi dengan nilai sebesar 3,90 Pengaruh strategi komunikasi terhadap minat konsumen pada Shooters pool tablesdiperoleh nilai sebesar 0.621 menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat.Besarnya pengaruh strategi komunikasi pemasaran terhadap minat konsumen Shooters pool tables sebesar 38.56%, sisanya 61.44% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti. Hasil uji hipotesis t hitung 2.240 > t tabel 1.66 Ini berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, maka strategi komunikasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat konsumen pada Shooters pool tables.

Most of them are in creative industry, others are shoes, textiles, food and beverages and also telecommunication industry. Unfortunately, most of them run business based on their experience but limited knowledge based. Consequently, they can’t develop their business and some of them find difficulties in financial aspects. Bandung City government tries to develop those business owners. Besides that, some professional association like KADIN, HIPMI also help them in educating them. The goal of this study is to know and analyze quality of micro, small and medium enterprise entrepreneurial from entrepreneurial characteristics, marketing aspect, financial aspect, technology aspect and cooperation aspect. Research objects are micro, small and medium enterprise owners in Bandung who have joined Kadin or Hipmi Bandung and receive guidance from Bandung government in 2010. This study uses descriptive method with descriptive and explanatory survey. Qualitative and quantitative is used to analyze data. The result show Qualities of entrepreneurial they are not too active in business association. Others are search for business opportunity, efficient and others. In the market access, they do not know market share and market structures exactly. They don’t promote routinely and do not give after sales service. In the capital access, most of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises do not know about how to get capital and others. In the technology access, most of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises don’t use IT for their business. Finally, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises offers partnership to others.
- ItemANALYSIS OF QUALITY CONTROL TOWARD ULTRA MILK (Case Study : PT. Ultra Jaya Milk Industry)(the Universiti Teknologi MARA Johor, 2011) Sumadhinata, Yelli EkaPurpose – This Research objective is to find the cause of each type of failure by using the fishbone diagram (fish-bone diagram) along with proposals to overcome Design/methodology/approach - Descriptive method used to conduct research and qualitative and quantitative analysis is used to analyze the data. Findings - After analyzing the results the total production from January to December 1999 was 6,874,258 liters with a total of 34 484 liters of product failure or equal to 0.5%. The average percentage change in taste is the biggest failure of the product to become acidic, which is 69.30%, while other types of failure that is the packaging of the product becomes bloated with percentages of 30.70%. Research limitations/implications – This reseach limited to measurement of variables from the quality viewed as a whole (global) is less specific, so that in future studies measuring the quality of more specific variables based on the dimensions of quality such as Reliability, Responsiveness, Competence, Access, communication, and Tangibles. Practical implications – Fishbone diagram in practice can be used as a tool to identify the cause of the failure of a product. Financial performance used to predict credit risk consists of the level of capital adequacy measured through the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and the amount of credit measured through a Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), while credit risk is measured through the level of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) . The research method uses descriptive and verificative methods. The research was conducted on commercial banks listed on the IDX during the period of 2014- 2018. Observations were made on 35 commercial banks through the purposive sampling method. Data analysis using panel data regression models by testing as required. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant effect on credit risk (NPLs), while the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has no significant effect on credit risk (NPLs).

The factors tested in this study were the provision of incentives and leadership styles as independent variables. While employee performance is the dependent variable. The research method used in this study is the verification method. The population in this study were employees of the Bandung Class I Immigration Office. The sampling technique used in this study is the probability sampling technique with saturated sampling technique. While the number of samples in this study amounted to 116 employees of the Class I Immigration Office in Bandung. While the analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analyze at a significance level of 5%. The program used in analyzing data uses Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Ver19.00. Based on the results of research partially and simultaneously shows that the provision of incentives and leadership styles affect the performance of employees at the Bandung Class I Immigration Office. The magnitude of the effect of providing incentives and leadership style in contributing influence to employee performance by 61.7%.

The aim of this research is to know and to analyze the effect of human capital, social capital, directly and through productivity on competitiveness. This research used a quantitative approach as a survey method. The unit of analysis of this study is the SMEs (small and medium enterprises) Center of the doll Industry Subsector Creative Industry in West Java Province, with entrepreneurs as the observation unit, with a population of 191 entrepreneurs and a sample of 128 entrepreneurs. Data obtained from the survey results through a questionnaire distributed to entrepreneurs. Data were processed using descriptive statistical analysis. Likewise, human capital, social capital, and productivity have significant and positive effects on competitiveness. These findings suggest that productivity can be an intervening variable for competitiveness. The effect of this research is expected to increase the competitiveness of the doll industry in Indonesia's West Java Province.

- ItemEFFECTIVENESS OF JOGING AND SWIMMING TRAINING ON MAXIMUM OXYGEN VOLUME IMPROVEMENT (VO₂ MAX) IN ADOLESCENT MEN(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 01, 2020) Abdurrasyid; Padafani, Yohanis; Wahyuddin; Sumadhinata, Yelli EkaObjective: To determine the effectiveness of exercise jogging and swimming to increase the maximum volume of oxygen (VO₂ max) on adolescents. Methods : This study is an experimental study to determine the effects of interventions to research object. The sample consisted of 24 students (adolescents aged 17-25 years), and are selected based on purposive sampling technique to use your table parq assessment tests (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) available. Samples were divided into two treatment groups, ie the first treatment group consisted of 12 people with a given practice jogging, while the treatment group II consisted of 12 people with a given swimming. Results : hypothesis testing in treatment I mean before it was 36,093 ± 0,518, after the average was 39,876 ± 0,544 with related t-test p value = 0,001 which means jogging exercise can improve VO₂ max on adolescents. On average before treatment II was 36,160 ± 0,580, after the average was 40,820 ± 0,434 with related t-test p value = 0,001 which means the swimming exercises can improve VO₂ max on adolescents. III hypothesis testing I mean treatment was 3,796 ± 0,193, mean treatment II was 4,743 ± 0,364 with independent t-test showed the value of 0,187, which means there are differences increase VO₂ max on adolescents. Conclusions : Exercise jogging and swimming are effective in improving VO₂ max on adolescents. However, swimming exercises better in improving VO₂ max on adolescents.

Career center is a university supporting mengenai struktur organisasi carrier center universitas widyatama. Carrier center is a university supporting institution that carries out soft skill learning activities, job fair, gathering, and Tracer Study. Tracer study is conducted as an evaluation for institutions especially in the effort to increase teaching and learning activities at widyatama university. This research aims to conduct a search for university graduates and evaluate the results of tracer study graduates in 2017. The number of respondents who filled the questionnaire was 384 people from 1302 total graduates in 2017. From the analysis of data processing descriptive statistics are known as much as, 60,94% of current graduates work. 63%. Respondents worked in the private sector and the rest were scattered in the government sector, non profit organization, areas including state-owned enterprises as much as 23%, and entrepreneurs of 14%. Overall horizontal alignment of 79,5% means that the competence gained during the education in Widyatama according to the needs in the field of work, and from the results of the study obtained data that graduates who do work with the level of education is 78 %.it means good

In this case, analyzing the planning, which includes planning, budgets, objectives, supervision and responsibility in the event of the events organized by Fella Golf Club Bandung. The research methods used are descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach, data obtained from interviews and direct observation. The results derived from this research show that the event events by Fella Golf has a good planning and already calculated with the maturity of the activities, so there is a problem in the implementation that is not in accordance with expected.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh kualitas kegiatan belajar mengajar terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa sebagai upaya peningkatan daya saing perguruan tinggi. Objek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Bisnis dan Manajemen Universitas Widyatama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif-Verifikatif, dan untuk menganalisis data digunakan Regresi Linier. Dalam pengambilan sampel teknik yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling.Dari hasil peneliitian diketahui bahwa ada hubungan antara kualitas kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan kepuasan dengan persentase sebesar 0,4%, berdasarkan pengamatan dan wawancara terhadap responden selain faktor proses belajar mengajar ada beberapa faktor lain yang dapat memberikan kepuasan terhadap mereka adalah kepastian mendapatkan pekerjaan setelah lulus, bekerja di bidang yang sesuai dengan jurusan yang mereka ambil saat ini, juga kurikulum yang mendukung mereka setelah kuliah.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the brand image and customer loyalty . The number of respondents who used as many as 80 respondents with the research methods used to use that method accidental sampling technique in which researchers inadvertently met with the respondent . Results from this study is the relationship between brand image and customer loyalty in the service shippers express courier . The relationship of this brand image and loyalty by 61 % means that the strong links between the brand image and loyalty .

The purpose of this research was to know about the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees, find out about the influence on performance, commitment and influence organizational culture and a commitment to employee performance to employees non education of Widyatama university, research methodology used is descriptive method i.e. research methods that are designed to obtain information about the status of a symptom when doing research. The results of the research there is influence between organizational culture performance of 51,2% there is influence commitment to the performance of 28,8% and between the culture of the organization and the commitment of 26,3% effect o performance.

The data collection technique used was a questionnaire distributed to nurses at Santo Yusup Hospital with 173 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% showed that: (1) the work environment and leadership style simultaneously positively and significantly affect the work performance of nurses with an F test grade showing F_count (82,167) > F_Table (3.90). (2) The work environment partially and significantly affects the work performance of nurses with a test score of T showing t_count (9,787) > t_Table (1,974). (3) Leadership style partially and significantly affects the work performance of nurses with a test score of t_count (3,145) > t_Table (1,974).

This will have an impact on the increasingly dramatic development of business activities. Every company tries to improve or change its marketing strategy in order to attract and retain customers. Among the marketing strategies used by the company are digital markting, brand image, and product quality, this is expected to be able to improve the decision to use halo cards in carrying out their daily activities. This study aims to find out how consumer responses about digital marketing, how consumers respond to brand image and how responses about the quality of halo card products and whether digital marketing factors, brad image and product quality influence the decision to use a halo card. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. Data compilation techniques by distributing questionnaires, interviews and observations. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The tool used is Multiple Regression. The results showed that digital marketing, brand image, and product quality influence the decision to use halo cards positively and significantly. This is because digital marketing used by Telkomsel companies can be accepted by consumers and meet consumer expectations, as well as brand image and quality of halo card products are trusted because they have a strong signal.

Organizations that able to survive in the increasingly fierce competition and growing consumer demand cleaner is an organization whose members have sufficient knowledge. Therefore the importance of the role of knowledge management deployment required a good knowledge of every member. With the spread of knowledge, it is expected that members of the organization can be engaged with those organizations so that they contribute greatly to the organization because it was already part of the organization. The purpose of this study to determine how the application of knowledge sharing among teachers and whether teachers FBM Utama been (tied) engaged with their organization or not, and to know how the implications of the adoption of knowledge sharing on employee engagement FBM Utama Professors. The method used in this research is descriptive method with two variables, the independent variable (X) is a knowledge sharing and the dependent variable (Y) that is employee engagement . The primary data in this research were obtained from questionnaires distributed to 39 lecturer FBM Utama. While the statistical tests used in this research is the analysis of linear regression and coefficient of determination. From the research that has been done, it was found that the total score of the index variable is 4,25 which knowledge sharing were high, and for the variable employee engagement, earned a score index 3,50, which also included high enough. From the results of calculations with SPSS 17.0, obtained coefficient of determination between the independent variables with the dependent variable knowledge sharing employee engagement at 0,18. With a 95% confidence level, t test for variables generated knowledge sharing on employee engagement by 4,831, which means t count > t table ( 3,909 >1,68709) means that there is a significant effect. The conclusion of this study is that there is significant influence between knowledge sharing with employee engagement. The influence of knowledge sharing on employee engagement at 29,2%, which means lower category, while 70,8% are influenced by other factors than knowledge sharing were not examined in this study.

One organization that is not profit oriented is Higher Education. To become a university that is able to compete with other universities, the organization must pay attention to the Human Capital (HC) owned by the Higher Education. Regarding the importance of Human Capital which is part of Intellectual Capital (IC), it is necessary to conduct research that aims to find out how the conditions of human capital factors at Widyatama University are based on the criteria of BAN-PT. The research method used is descriptive and comparative method. The data used are secondary data, because this research is only limited to qualitative analysis. The Human Capital dimension measured is the number of full-time professors, number and type of training, number of permanent lecturers, number of non-permanent lecturers (guest lecturers, extraordinary lecturers, expert lecturers), lecturer achievements (awards, grants, program funding), qualifications (total Position) academic lecturer, academic lecturer competency (number of lecturers, S1, S2, S3) educations, number of non-academic staff (librarians, laboratory staff, technicians, etc.). The results of the analysis of the data obtained indicate that the overall condition of Human Capital owned by Widyatama University is good, because it is in accordance with the standards of Ban-PT.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect on the quality of services to loyalty members Fitness View Bandung. The research method in this research is descriptive verification method. The population in the study were 108 respondents, members of Fitness View Bandung, this study sample of 85 respondents. Results from the study showed that the quality of services and significant positive effect on loyalty fitness members and the influence of qualitty od services to loyalty at 53.8% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
