There is a rapid increase in the usage of motor bike rather than cars wich has been happened from 2012 until 2014. Researcher identified this as a phenomenon. This research is using path analysis method where datas from 150 respondents of motorcycle user are being collected. For the sampling technique, researcher uses Random Probability Sampling. As a result, we can see wich one among those factors have an influence towards motorcycles as a mode of priority transportation.

Students are young people who are synonymous with imagination, creative, fast, instantaneous and have lots of ideas. Moreover, students who are familiar with entrepreneurship. Students are also technology literate people, including information technology. Therefore, it is necessary to have the role of lecturers who can really open students' insights or thinking horizons. Using research and research results to be able to pave the way for young entrepreneurs to create new innovations, solve problems or to predict conditions that will occur in the future, and so on. Apart from the internal involvement of the university, the presence of the government, private sector, and the media and others (pentahelix) is the strength of collaboration as the key to the success of the rapid economic growth after the Covid 19 pandemic.

In Indonesia, cities have become tourist destinations which have undoubted advantages, although in this study the city did not have a "name reminder" as an alarm to open a description of the memory of a tourist city that had been visited in other words referred to as city branding . As we know, cities in Indonesia have the potential to become tourist cities, seen from a variety of local wisdom that is owned and it can help highlight the city. Besides other factors that influence include accommodation and tourism services, as well as city resources, such as architectural attractions, nature, and transportation availability.

The purpose of research to know the control of the TKA is connected with the protection of the job rights for Indonesian citizens according to article 27 paragraph (2) CONSTITUTION 1945, knowing the implementation of foreign workers by TKI in the SCIENCE and find supervision With the selective policy principle. This research uses a normative juridical approach. The specification of the study is descriptive analysis. The data types that secondary data uses. The technique of data collection studies and analytical techniques uses a qualitative approach. The results showed that the control of TKA was executed under Article 42 Law No 13 year 2013 on employment which was built on the principles of legality, sponsorship, selective and security. Controlling the placement of TKA in Indonesia aims to protect the rights of Indonesian citizens for the work pursuant to article 27 sentence (2) CONSTITUTION 1945, but factually the policy of the placement control of TKA has not shown results that provide Protection of the work for Indonesian citizens because of the foreign workers who entered Indonesia majority of the abusive worker without the expertise of non-professional personnel. Supervision of TKA implemented by implementing the principle of selective policy through two approaches namely (a) a prosperity approach that establishes only foreigners who truly benefit the national interests and welfare of the people of Indonesia (b) The security approach of an immigration policy to provide licensing permissions for those who do not compromise state security and public order. Limitation of TKA that will enter Indonesia according to the principle of selctive policy becomes a necessity to provide priority position of employment opportunities for TKI.

This study uses a snowball sampling method of 200 respondents and analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model. The results showed the variable creativity has an influence on customer value by maintaining modern patterns and images, innovation variables have an influence on customer value so that craftsmen can provide maximum value for batik customers, customer value variables have an influence on company performance, creativity variables affect marketing performance through customer value, innovation variables affect marketing performance through customer value.

Specifically, the study examined problems students encountered in completing the unit activities, problems the teacher encountered in facilitating the delivery of the unit to her students, and strategies to improve and enhance these types of learning activities. Results of this study from SWOT analysis revealed that a variety of factors impact the success or failure of student-centered activities, including student orientation to the unit problem, student collaboration, teacher management strategies, and student accountability mechanisms.

Methodology/Technique – Questionnaire used for the data collection in this study. The sampling method is probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The population is all the Marketing students’ year 2012, and the calculated sampling is 100 respondents Findings – From the analysis and explanation using SEM, it is found that Innovation Capability and CRM have a big influence towards young entrepreneurs. Those variables also stimulate them to sharpen their business intuition. Novelty – The study proves importance of Innovation Capability and CRM on development of entrepreneurs. Kota Bunga should continue to attract consumer interest, while the phenomenon is occurring among residential villas (resort) have become one of the main options, home prices tend to be fantastic that declining interest, image, public now see that villa has been not trends again, villa has a peak in the region in terms of traffic barriers that is traffic jam.This research aims to determine the promotion mix includes advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct marketing in Kota Bunga, knowing the company's image in Kota Bunga determine the influence of promotion mix includes advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct marketing for the company's image in Kota Bunga either partially or simultan.Data collected in the field conducted in 2012. Data analysis using Path Analysis. The results showed that the five dimensions of promotion mix consists of advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct marketing together (simultaneously) significantly affect the company's image in Kota Bunga. The company's image can be perceived well by the owners of the villa with a coefficient of determination of 70.80%.

Entrepreneltrship is expected to help the nation's economy. Entrepreneurship it is necessary to support the entrepreneurial competence. Competence are ability, skill or individual skill in interacting eflectively with the environment and make an impact on others in order to achieve certain goals in a social context that is tailored to the culture, the environment and the situation at hand. This rzsearch was conducted to determine the rslationship between entrepreneurial competencies with the students at Widyatama Universify. Research studies using 40 students as popu!atiorz who are entrepreneur. Data collection was performed using the two-scale entrepreneurship scale (Meredith, 1996; 6) which consists of 30 items and scales of competence (Gullota, 1990: 100) content 36 items. Data ~nalysisto determine the existence ofa positive relationship between entrepreneurial ccmpetencies with the students was conducted using simple regressicn anaiysis. The results showed the number rxy = 0.822 with p = 0.000 (p <0,05). There is a signijkant positive relationship between the entrepreneurial competence. Effectiveness of regression in this research' was 67.5%, showing influence entrepreneurial competencies of 67.5% in research population. Based on this research it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between students competence and entrepreneurship it I means higher of students competence will increase their entrepreneurial, and conversely, lower of students competence will decrease their entrepreneurial.
