- ItemANALYSIS OF WORK STRESS AND ORGANIZATION COMMITMENT TO EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE SECRETARIAT ON DISTRICT TASIKMALAYA(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Rachmawati, Mariana; Saudi, Mohd Haizam MohdThe purpose of this study was to know and analyze the stress of work and organizational commitment and employee performance, and the effect of work stress and organizational commitment to employee performance at the District Secretariat Tasikmalaya regency. The method used is a survey method. The procedure of collecting data obtained through interviews, questionnaires and literature. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a population of civil servants in the Office of the Regional Secretariat of Tasikmalaya regency as many as 100 people. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. The analysis showed that work stress and organizational commitment and employee performance significantly influence employee performance Tasikmalaya regency Regional Secretariat either partially or simultaneously. Employees should be able to manage job stress wisely.

The customer loyalty tends to decrease. The purpose of this study was to find out how department store image, e-customer loyalty and the influence of department store image on e-customer loyalty. The population of this study is customers of online department store shopping sites in Bandung covering Matahari, Metro, Ramayana and Yogya. The sample customers are department store shopping sites that shop at least once a month at department stores. The analysis used is descriptive and path analysis. The results of the study stated that there was a significant effect of department store image on e-customer loyalty.

With the development of tourism that occurred in the parapet area, hotel industry players are also encouraging to participate in providing facilities complementary for a tourist. Hospitality as a means of accommodation that is a vital need for travelers as a facility that provides lodging services, food and drink services and other facilities as a complementary tour. The large number of hotels that stand in the city of Bandung encourages each hotel to compete with each other in attracting tourists to stay at hotels that are already available. One effort to attract tourists is to always prioritize guest satisfaction by maintaining the quality of services found at the hotel. Because the quality of service is very important and is a key to success of each product and service. This quality is given to consumers / guests to meet the expectations of consumers guests by providing products and services at a price level. Hotel Ibis Pateur Bandung is a hotel with a magnificent building and is located at a strategic point and always every guest / customer who stays at the hotel. both in terms of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, or in terms of empathy, as well as establishing good relationships with consumers and consumers to create customer satisfaction during a stay at the Ibis Pasteur Bandung hotel to create high Consumer Loyalty. Based on the above phenomenon, the author is interested in researching about, service quality, CRM, Consumer satisfaction, and Consumer loyalty at the Ibis Pasteur Hotel Bandung, this study uses descriptive and ferrictive methods, with phat hypothesis test analysis and multiple linear regression, sample 100. The results of this study shows that Service Quality, CRM and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Ibis Pasteur Bandung.

Now, the requirement from customer not just product motorcycle, but they need motorcycle services. The Growing in motorcycle industry, make the condition in motorcycles services industry is more competitive. In the motorcycle services industry we can divide into authorized motorcycle services and non authorized motorcycles industries. So, not only in motorcycle industries need the competitive advantage, but in motorcycles services industry too. The competitive advantage is how to make customer loyal. The customer will loyal to the company, if they are satisfaction. The motorcycle services industries must have a good strategy to have customer loyal to the company. One of the strategies is how the motorcycle service industries have a good relationship with their customer. For authorized motorcycle services industry have an advantage that they have customer relationship management. In this paper will explorer the relation of customer relationship management to customer loyalty for the customer in the authorized motorcycles services industries in Bandung. The research finding for customer motorcycle services industry in Bandung that customer relationship management to customer loyalty is 28.3%. In this research, the writer takes the title "The Effect of E-Service Quality and Brand Trust on the Repurchase Intention of Adrsfootwear Products at Bukalapak.com". The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of E-Service Quality and Brand Trust on repurchase intentions on Adrsfootwear products. The research method uses descriptive and verification by collecting data through observation and questionnaire where the population of 8134 uses solving formula with a tolerance level of 10%, then the population is 99. The results of the analysis of E- Service Quality, Brand Trust and Intention to Buy Back Adrsfootwear Products are necessary increase customer satisfaction with E-service quality so as to create Brand Trust towards product sales compared to other competitors by increasing repurchase interest in Adrsfootwear at bukalapak.com. Based on the results of the correlation test and the effect of E-Service Quality and Brand Trust on Repurchase Intention has a significant positive level and shows a very strong relationship and the results of hypothesis testing using (F test) can be accepted because the calculation results on Ftable> Fcount means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.

According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Industry in 2019, the important role of the textile industry is that the textile industry is able to absorb more than 13% of the total manufacturing workforce in Indonesia and generate huge foreign exchange. However, Indonesia is not in the top 10 textile exporters in the world, in fact, Indonesia is actually one of the largest textile importers in the world. Even though Indonesia has more potential to develop the textile industry than other countries. The purpose of this study was to determine The Influence of External Environmental Forces and Company Resources on Company Performance with Competitive Strategy as an Intervening Variable in the Non-Machine Weaving Equipment Industry (ATBM) in West Java. This study uses Mix Methods Research (MMR) with an explanatory design strategy and the method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The population in this study was the entire ATBM woven fabric industry in West Java with a population of 30 (DEPRIN data of West Java Province 2019). Data collection was done by means of questionnaires, observation, and literature study. The results of the research hypothesis are both Company Resources and Competitive Strategy has a significant positive influence on Company Performance whereas External Environmental Forces has an insignificant positive influence on Company Performance.

This study aims to determine whether the motivation and discipline affect the performance for employees of PT Mitra Sistem Informatika. The factors tested in this study are the motivation and discipline as independent variables, while the performances as the dependent variable. The research method used is descriptive method, with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires. The population in the study were employee PT Mitra Sistem Informatika with a sample of 70 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis at a significant level of 5%. The program used is SPSS 25 and Lisrel 8.80. The results of the study show that the motivation variables and also discipline have significant effect on providing employees performances. From the results of the questionnaire and also counting through the Lisis program, it is proven that each variable has a less powerful influence on the performance variable. This is because there are other factors that influence, after the authors analyze that these factors are corporate culture that has been formed from the previous generation that is difficult to change. Employees already feel comfortable about the rules that are still loose and also the corporate culture and work culture that still prioritizes kinship among each other. But companies always provide motivation and provide training so that their employees have creativity and alsoild a sense of responsibility for the tasks that have been given, with the company providing all the best facilities to support all activities of its employees.

- ItemKUALITAS PELAYANAN PENDIDIKAN DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN LOYALITAS MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI AKUNTANSI DIPLOMA III(Universitas Widyatama, 2007) Sari, Diana; Asikin, Bachtiar; Rachmawati, MarianaPerguruan Tinggi sebagai satu lembaga pendidikan tinggi, saat semakin dituntut untuk senantiasa memberikan pelayanan terbaik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan para mahasiswanya. Melalui pemberian pelayanan yang sesuai dengan tuntutan para mahasiswanya maka diharapkan akan tercipta loyalitas yang tinggi dari para mahasiswanya. Namun pada kenyataanya dalam upaya meningkatkan loyalitas tersebut, masih tetap memiliki beberapa permalahan yang seringkali menimbulkan ketidakpuasan para mahasiswa, dimana masalah tersebut bertumpu pada aspek pelayanan administrasi akademik, serta sarana dan prasarana yang dinilai mereka masih belum sepenuhnya memadai. Sebagai ilustrasi dari hail survey pendahuluan masalah-masalah yang dihadapi mahasiswa dewasa ini meliputi jadwal perwalian yang kurang jelas, jadwal kualiah yang tidak konsisten sehubungan dengan kesibukan dosen pengajar, pengumuman nilai ujian yang seringkali terlambat, dan sulitnya menguhubungi dosen-dosen tertentu dalam 'melakukan bimbingan penyusunan tugas akhir sehingga ha1 ini memperlambat penyelesaikan studi para mahasiswa. Memelihara loyalitas mahasiswa pada era bisnis masa kini adalah merupakan tuntutan yang hams segera dilaksanakan, karena pada dasarnya dengan terpeliharanya loyalitas mahasiswa maka pihak perguruan tinggi akan senantiasa terpelihara kelangsungan hidupnya. Mahasiswa yang loyal ini diantaranya cenderung akan memanfaatkan ulang jasa pendidikan dan juga melakukan keegiatan word of mouth melalui pemberian rekomendasi kepada orang-orang terdekat mereka untuk menjadi mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi tersebut. Atas dasar uraian di atas maka dirasakan perlu untuk melakukan penelitian tentang tingkat kualitas pelayanan pendidikan dalam upaya meningkatkan loyalitas mahasiswa di PTS. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey, dimana informasi responden (mahasiswa) dari sebagian populasi dikumpulkan langsung di tempat kejadian secara empirik dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan atau pendapat dari sebagian populasi yang bersangkutan terhadap objek penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian terungkap bahwa secara keseluruhan, Dirnensi Responsiveness perlu lebih ditingkatkan kine rjanya karena memperoleh skor terrendah (3,52), diikuti oleh dimensi Tangible dan Emphaty. Sementara skor tertinggi diperoleh dimensi Reliability (3,87). Dari hasil pengujian melalui anasisi jalur ternyat bahwa dimensi yang paing dominan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa adalah dimensi reliability dan assurance. Jadi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas mahasiswa maka manajamen hendaknya mempertimbangkan dua aspek utama dalam mengembangkan kualiyas layanan jasa pendidikan.

This research also creates some hypothesis Analysis Verifikatif for Analysis ;H-5 s.d. H-8 with Structural Equation Modeling. And test Chi-Squarand, the instrumen of kuisioner,The analysing unit of this research is the gas station that is managed by Pertamina, and the observation unit is the customer.The research result shows that: (Ha.1) Most indicators of the gas stations’ retailing mix shows the positive performance, but some of them not showing the good performance (Ha.2) Most indicators of the gas stations’ customer relationship management shows the positive performance, where some of them not showing good performance, reward system, customer gathering (Ha.3) The customer value indacators shows the positive performance, especially on the benefit and cost (monetery, time, energy, physic) (Ha.4) The image of the gas stations shows the positive performance, except on the personnel and location that need some improvements.(Ha.5) The correlation between retailing mix performance and customer relationship management is significant. Eventhough it has a small significant score, this variable should be paid attention (Ha.6) The influence of retailing mix program and the customer relationship management towards the customer value is significant (Ha.7) The influence of retailing mix program and the customer relationship management towards the corporate image is significant (Ha.8)The corellation between customer value and image of the gas station is significant. and p-value= 0,999 > 0,05 Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) = 0,98 has a value approaching 1 Its means that the model is poured into the research paradigm in accordance with the conditions of empirical researchand ,the finnding This research is for create the favourable the brand image to the customer by analysing the customer perception of the performance retailing mix, the customer relationship management, and the customer value from implementsi is good.
