CONDITIONS OF MOTIVES, TRAITS, SELF-CONCEPT AND PERFORMANCE FACTORS OF MEDIUM AND SMALL MICRO ENTERPRISES (MSME) IN THE BANDUNG CITY-WEST JAVA-INDONESIA

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of micro, small and medium enterprises in Bandung during the COVID 19, from the aspects or factors of Motives, Traits, and Self-Concept. These three factors are an important part of the HR competencies of business actors which are classified into Attitude or attitude. The results of this research are of important value, because they can be used as a basis for policy making by interested parties, such as local governments, to save this business unit from the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic. The method used is descriptive and causal associative, with the number of respondents as many as 40 MSME actors both from the non-service and service sectors. Test data used test validity, reliability, normality of data and classical assumptions. Multiple Linear Regression is used to measure the direction of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables, while the coefficient of determination is used to measure the amount of influence. The results showed that the conditions of Motives, Traits, Self- Concept and the performance of MSME actors at this time were very good, while the correlation between the three independent and dependent variables was strong with a large degree of influence. The conclusion of this research is that the attitude of MSME actors who are built through motives, traits and self-concepts in Bandung is strong and good today.
