Abstract
The financial statements also become a factor for investors before making a decision to invest his money in a company. The better a company's financial statements, it will be increasing in demand by prospective investors. More investors interested in the stock price will further increase because of the demand thus increasing the value of the company. In this study, we will analyze the influence of Return on Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on stock prices. By taking a sample of companies subsector Metal And Mineral Mining. The research, used descriptive and verificatif methods thus techniques of data collection is done by taking the data from the literature as well as data obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The number of samples in this study are 3 companies listed in the sub sector of Metal And Mineral Mining with the financial statements for 7 years. Statistical analysis using multiple regression analysis and correlation analysis with statistical test statistic t and F.
The results of the analysis showed that the return on equity and net profit margin significantly influence to stock prices in simultan. The test results show that the partial return on equity (ROE) not significantly and negative relation and Net Profit Margin (NPM) significant influence and positive relation.
