Abstract
This study questioned the effectiveness of Experiential Learning (EL) which conducted by Student Cooperative
(Kopma) board throughout Bandung, associated with professional competence of cooperative management. This
research is motivated by keen criticism of cooperative learning methods that tends to be unattractive, poor of
inspiring case studies and comparative studies, unable to provide ideological bearings. By using the survey
method with path analysis technique, the result of the study indicates that the cooperative board had
implemented all EL cycles, which starts from the actual experience, reflection, generalization and
implementation with an average of high intensity. Whereas the hypothesis test showed that the EL, either
simultaneously or partially, significantly effected towards the professional competence of Cooperative
management.
