Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of micro, small and medium enterprises
in Bandung during the COVID 19, from the aspects or factors of Motives, Traits, and Self-Concept. These
three factors are an important part of the HR competencies of business actors which are classified into
Attitude or attitude. The results of this research are of important value, because they can be used as a basis
for policy making by interested parties, such as local governments, to save this business unit from the impact
of the COVID 19 pandemic. The method used is descriptive and causal associative, with the number of
respondents as many as 40 MSME actors both from the non-service and service sectors. Test data used test
validity, reliability, normality of data and classical assumptions. Multiple Linear Regression is used to
measure the direction of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables, while the
coefficient of determination is used to measure the amount of influence. The results showed that the
conditions of Motives, Traits, Self- Concept and the performance of MSME actors at this time were very
good, while the correlation between the three independent and dependent variables was strong with a large
degree of influence. The conclusion of this research is that the attitude of MSME actors who are built
through motives, traits and self-concepts in Bandung is strong and good today.
