3P (Pay for Position, Pay for Performance, Pay for Competence) Against
Employee Satisfaction (Case Study at PT PanfilaIndosari Bandung). Under the
guidance of MrsHj. Wien Dyahrini, S.E., MSEI.,MSi.
Companies that are ready to compete must have effective management in
improving employee performance. Employee satisfaction depends on the
difference between what they expected to obtained. Compensation is one of the
indicators of employee satisfaction.
The purpose of this study was: 1) To know how the compensation set by
PT PanfilaIndosari, 2) to determine the level of job satisfaction of employees of
PT PanfilaIndosari, 3) To determine how much influence the compensation to the
concept of job satisfaction 3P PT PanfilaIndosari Bandung.
This study uses a descriptive study. Samples were taken as 102
respondents using probability sampling techniques through simple random
sampling approach by sampling criteria are employees of PT PanfilaIndosari
Bandung. The data used are primary and secondary data. Tests conducted by
questionnaire validity and reliability test using SPSS 16. And analysis used
include the analysis of the value ladder, classical assumption test, and multiple
regression analysis.
The results of the descriptive analysis in this study shows the concept 3P
Compensation PanfilaIndosari PT Bandung are in the good category.
Furthermore, based on the results of multiple regression analysis can be seen that
the concept of compensation 3P effect on employee job satisfaction at 89.3%. PT
PanfilaIndosari need to retain the elements that have been assessed both by the
employees and the need to fix the things that are lacking in order to increase
employee job satisfaction.
