The impact of the current pandemic has caused Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) to experience a downturn. SMEs experienced a decline in sales and had difficulty obtaining raw materials. This study aims to examine SME strategies to survive in the pandemic era. This research uses a literature study approach with data from SMEs in five developing ASEAN countries; Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. The results showed that to overcome SME, the role of the government and large companies is needed. The assistance is in the form of funds, digital technology and training for SME employees.en_US
