dc.description.abstract	This study aims to determine the extent of the effect of a decrease in the share price performance of the company, which a number of factors downgrades consideration is the high working capital requirements and capital structure is considered aggressive. In addition, fierce competition requires extra work. This research is causal-asymmetric, because it aims to clarify the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. In this study, the relationship between the variables used is an asymmetrical relationship in which the relationship occurs when the independent variables affect the dependent variable. The unit of analysis in this study is the stock price of a company registered in the PT. PEFINDO. The results of two studies in which the independent variables (ROA and NPM) has a significance value above 0,05 so that the two independent variables partially have no effect on stock prices, in addition to the variables ROA and NPM together (simultaneously) does not affect the stock price variable.	en_US
