THE ELECTRONIC SERVICE QUALITY IN INCREASING CONSUMER'S INTEREST TO SHOP FOR FASHION PRODUCTS IN ZALORA INDONESIA

Abstract
The growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has become one of the fastest growing digital economy industries, so this is followed by a more competitive business situation. Zalora provides an innovation in the form of the application of artificial intelligence to provide a more memorable shopping experience. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of electronic service quality in increasing consumer interest in shopping again at Zalora Indonesia. The population in this research are consumers who have shopped at Zalora. The analytical method used is the test spearman rank correlation coefficient, t test and determination coefficient test. The research finding that the quality of electronic services contributes to consumer interest in repeat buyers by 79.03%.
