Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of determinant factors Corporate Cash Holding Stated
Owned Enterprises period 2009-2013. This research type is a descriptive and verification with purposive sample
technique. Collecting data method used data panel model. The result of this research show that firm size, growth
opportunity, cash flow and capital expenditure have positives but not significantly influence. The results find that
changes leverage and dividend have negative influenced and not significant. In conclusion, net working capital
and return and asset that influence corporate cash holding.
