Overall performance improvement is important for the bank to encounter business competition. At the BJB Tasikmalaya, employee performance is at an optimal condition. It may be seen from the condition of employees who dealt with oversight while working; resulting the job performance quality is not in line with BJB standards. This study discussed the effect of compensation with the 3P concept on employee job satisfaction and its effect on organizational performance at the BJB Tasikmalaya. The sample was selected by 100 employees from 13 branches. Multiple regression analysis was performed by test the validity and reliability and test the classical assumptions. The results showed that there was an influence between the 3P concept on employee job satisfaction at BJB Tasikmalaya and job satisfaction on organizational performance.

In addition to diversity, the nutritional value of food is the main requirement to survive in this industry. Probiotic quail livestock is a business with good prospects. This is because the demand for meat and agg quail tends to increase from year to year in line with the increasing population growth and the increasing number of people who are aware of healthy living. An Increase in demand for quail meat and egg needs, this can indicate that business opportunities in the field of quail breeding is still wide open, therefore it is necessary to analyze whether the business is feasible to do. This study examines the opportunities for probiotic quail business development based on entrepreneurial aspects of the Timmons model and aspects of business feasibility studies which consists of legal aspect, market and marketing aspects, financial aspects, technical and technological aspects, and management and human resources aspects. This business development plan starts based on the Payback Period criteria, Net Present Value, Profitability Index and Internal Rate of Return. The results of the study showed that the investment for the development of probiotic quail broiler businesses was Rp. 232.49 million, - using loans through banking and private capital. Positive NPV of Rp. 184.279188., IRR 57%, NPM 20.32%, and return on investment for 1 year 8 month 20 days. These results indicate that the development of probiotic broilers is feasible because it can provide benefits.

This research is a series of studies conducted by researchers during the COVID-19 pandemic in city of Bandung. Our hope is that the results of this research can be used as scientific information for decision making for both the government and the private sector. The research method used is descriptive and associative, the data is tested for validity, reliability, classical assumptions and data normality. To confirm the condition of competence and performance, multiple linear regression statistical tools were used, correlation coefficients and terminated with a sample of 38 micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs by distributing questionnaires using google form. The results showed that the condition of the competence and performance of the economic actors of MSMEs in Bandung City was very good. The direction of the relationship or correlation between competence and performance is directional, meaning that any increase in competence is followed by an increase in performance. The level of correlation between the competencies possessed by MSME actors and their performance shows a very large contribution. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the contribution between competence to the performance of MSME players in the city of Bandung at the time of the COVID 19 pandemic was positive and the contribution was enormous. Both competence and performance are in excellent condition.

- ItemCONDITIONS OF MOTIVES, TRAITS, SELF-CONCEPT AND PERFORMANCE FACTORS OF MEDIUM AND SMALL MICRO ENTERPRISES (MSME) IN THE BANDUNG CITY-WEST JAVA-INDONESIA(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Sutisna, Deden; Saudi, Mohd Haizam MohdThe purpose of this study was to determine the condition of micro, small and medium enterprises in Bandung during the COVID 19, from the aspects or factors of Motives, Traits, and Self-Concept. These three factors are an important part of the HR competencies of business actors which are classified into Attitude or attitude. The results of this research are of important value, because they can be used as a basis for policy making by interested parties, such as local governments, to save this business unit from the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic. The method used is descriptive and causal associative, with the number of respondents as many as 40 MSME actors both from the non-service and service sectors. Test data used test validity, reliability, normality of data and classical assumptions. Multiple Linear Regression is used to measure the direction of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables, while the coefficient of determination is used to measure the amount of influence. The results showed that the conditions of Motives, Traits, Self- Concept and the performance of MSME actors at this time were very good, while the correlation between the three independent and dependent variables was strong with a large degree of influence. The conclusion of this research is that the attitude of MSME actors who are built through motives, traits and self-concepts in Bandung is strong and good today.

Therefore almost all levels of society are no strangers to this institution. The simplicity of this business unit in terms of both its requirements and implementation in the community, pushed the direction of research to test how much this institutional contribution to the value of West Java and national exports for the past 5 years. By using secondary data sources and verification methods of verification with trend analysis and comparative models, it was found that the contribution of this sector to the average of West Java exports for the last five years was 5.44 billion USD from West Java's contribution to the national non-oil sector's national exports by an average 25.25 billion USD, this value is quite large and significant for West Java exports. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that the contribution of MSMEs from the Creative Industry business unit sector to West Java and national non-oil and gas exports is very significant and large. This sector needs to get the attention of policy makers in the country, by pushing traditional Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) to the creative industry with appropriate regulations.

And respondents in this study were students of Class XI Department Office Administration in SMK 1 Bandung taken a sample of 60 respondents. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal portfolio with its composition. The method used is the Single Index Model method and the data used in this study are quantitative data. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the optimal portfolio produced 3 optimal shares of 31 shares that were sampled in this study including ANTM 22%, SRIL 36% and INCO 42% with expected portfolio returns of 0.0546 with a portfolio standard deviation level of 0,1563.

In this case, analyzing the planning, which includes planning, budgets, objectives, supervision and responsibility in the event of the events organized by Fella Golf Club Bandung. The research methods used are descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach, data obtained from interviews and direct observation. The results derived from this research show that the event events by Fella Golf has a good planning and already calculated with the maturity of the activities, so there is a problem in the implementation that is not in accordance with expected.

This product can be a potential Indonesian Small and Medium Micro Businesses (UMKM) commodity for the world market if it is managed wisely and professionally. The purpose of this study is to uncover the potential side of palm sugar as Indonesia's leading Small And Medium Micro Business commodity in the fulfillment of world-class ant sugar products through export and import mechanisms in the next five years. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression with the following stages of research; 1) Collecting data and information from the field and secondary data sources, 2) Comparing data from research results and other sources of reference in accordance with the needs of the problem formulation, 3) Drawing conclusions from data trends to answer the scientific allegations from the research that was developed. The research results show that Indonesia in 2017 only contributed 3% to meet the world market of ant sugar. The remaining 97% was controlled by other countries such as 1) China, 2) the Netherlands, 3) the United States, 4) France, 5) Belgium, 6 ) Belgium, 7) Ireland, 8) Germany, 9) Korea Republic, 10) Indonesian, 11) Thailand, and 12) Other Country, while for the next 5 years, it will contribute 4.78% to meet the world market for this ant sugar. 95.22% controlled by other countries as above. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that Indonesian palm sugar has a huge potential for the world market in the future, this condition is supported by other factors such as; 1) The percentage of Indonesian market space for this product is 95.22%, 2) The area of Indonesia's tropical land is wider than other countries that are overgrown with palm or kawung trees, 3) The human resources of palm or kawung farmers can still be developed, 4) Institution of Small And Medium Micro Businesses as Pivot developer farmers are still passionate about this sector

The results show that the picture of the business model now is nine blocks of the business model canvas Penta code Digital has a weakness in the block channels, revenue streams, and key activities. While, Penta code Digital has a strength in the cost structure, value propositions, customer relationships, key partnerships, and customer segments. The new business model for the Penta code Digital is by adding product content, optimizing channels, and increasing revenue streams.

The data analysis technique used in this study is to use linear regression analysis multiple. The data used in this study is the time series data for the 2016-2018 period. SBI variable has a negative and significant effect on composite. Inflation, Exchange Rate, SBI, Amount of Money Supply and net foreign transactions Simultaneously influence the composite. whereas partially the variables that influence the composite are the exchange rate, the SBI and the money supply. Macroeconomic variables used in this study can explain the composite of 61% while the rest is influenced by other variables. Investors should decide before investing to take into account macroeconomic variables. The difference between this study and previous research adds the variable Number of Outstanding Shares and foreign transactions in the Indonesian capital market.

One organization that is not profit oriented is Higher Education. To become a university that is able to compete with other universities, the organization must pay attention to the Human Capital (HC) owned by the Higher Education. Regarding the importance of Human Capital which is part of Intellectual Capital (IC), it is necessary to conduct research that aims to find out how the conditions of human capital factors at Widyatama University are based on the criteria of BAN-PT. The research method used is descriptive and comparative method. The data used are secondary data, because this research is only limited to qualitative analysis. The Human Capital dimension measured is the number of full-time professors, number and type of training, number of permanent lecturers, number of non-permanent lecturers (guest lecturers, extraordinary lecturers, expert lecturers), lecturer achievements (awards, grants, program funding), qualifications (total Position) academic lecturer, academic lecturer competency (number of lecturers, S1, S2, S3) educations, number of non-academic staff (librarians, laboratory staff, technicians, etc.). The results of the analysis of the data obtained indicate that the overall condition of Human Capital owned by Widyatama University is good, because it is in accordance with the standards of Ban-PT.

DJUANDA AS A PRODUCT OF DARK TOURISM BASED ON 4A TOURISM COMPONENT APPROACH(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 02, 2020) Oktaviani, Desy; Sutisna, Deden; Fatihat, Gita Genia; Hasan, Oliver; Yuliani, RevaBandung in addition to having a diversity of potential attractions and natural tourism activities, also has a large share in the history of Indonesia after colonialism, so that Bandung has a lot of history both positive and negative. One of the historical relics in Bandung is the Dutch Cave and the Japanese Cave in the area of Taman Hutan Raya Juanda (Tahura Djuanda). Dark tourism which is a special part of historical tourism because there are historical tourism destinations that bring memories of grief, sadness and tragedy, having the potential to be developed in the Tahura DJuanda region. This qualitative study aims to identify the internal and external potential of the Dutch Cave and the Japanese Cave in supporting dark tourism in the city of Bandung. Premier data is obtained through in-depth interviews with managers and field staff on duty. Furthermore, in-depth interviews with the government on the extent of the policies and management of the Dutch cave and Goa Japan including the obstacles encountered. The data obtained were then analyzed using the content analysis method approach to the 4A tourism component. This research can provide wider knowledge and insight related to the potential of dark tourism in the city of Bandung and can contribute in terms of the economy and the provision of large employment opportunities for the community. In addition, this research can be useful as input for relevant parties, especially policy makers who will develop dark tourism, so as to educate tourists about the sacrifice of people who strived for national independence. The research indicate that the Dutch Cave and Japanese Cave meet the criteria for dark tourism in the darkest spectrum, because the caves have a dark history that occurred during the colonial period where a tragic event that resulted in death occurred both during its construction and during their use.

Pusaka Iwan Tirta and Batik Iwan Tirta. As well as knowing how the provisions regarding brand impersonation analysis conducted by parties in good faith to imitate famous brand names in decision number 1299 k / pdt.sus-hki / 2017, on December 22, 2017. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, that Legal protection for famous brands is regulated in Act Number 15 of 2001 concerning Trademarks and Act Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications. Regarding the case of PT PUSAKA IWAN TIRTA, it can be concluded that having bad faith has a similarity in principle with the trademark BATIK IWAN TIRTA, besides it also does not have a permit or license to use the element of the name of a famous person "IWAN TIRTA" from the owner of exclusive rights to the trademark registered BATIK IWAN TIRTA. The implementation of legal protection for well-known brands in Indonesia is in accordance with applicable law and elements of fame and bad faith can be proven in accordance with laws and regulations. It's just that in the appeal appeal cassation decision it is necessary to add Article 41 paragraph (1) and Article 41 paragraph (2) of Law Number 20 Year 2016 Regarding Trademark and Geographical Indications in weighing and giving said decision.
- ItemTHE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HUMAN CAPITAL, RELATIONAL CAPITAL AND CAPITAL STRUCTURE IN ENCOURAGING BUSINESS PERFORMANCE: A STUDY IN CREATIVE INDUSTRY OF BATIK TRUSMI, CIREBON DISTRICT, WEST JAVA, INDONESIA(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol. 24, Issue 2, 2020) Sutisna, Deden; Saudi, Mohd Haizam Bin MohdAim the research is to test the level of relationship between Human Capital dan Relational Capital with Structure Capital dan Business Performance that develops the Batik creative industry in Trusmi in Cirebon District, West Java. The research respondents regarding business and workers in this industry sectors amounted to 10 creative industries with 10 employees each. The research method is survey, primary data sources with questionnaires, interviews and observations as a data collection tool on the object of analysis. Test data using the validity, reliability and classical assumptions test with product moment assessment analysis tools and determination. The results of the study indicate that the level of the relationship between; 1) Human Capital and low Category Capital Structure, 2) Human Capital and Financial Performance are very low, 3) Human Capital and Financial Performance are very low, 4) Human Capital and Optional Capital are strong category, 5) Working Capital and Capital Structure are very low, 6) Relational capital and very low financial performance, 7) Relational capital and very low financial performance, and 8) Capital structure and business performance are very low. Being able to separate from the levels built by dominant variables gives a low influence except between Capita Humans and Relational Capital giving strong ones.
