But house prices continue to soar every year, making it rare for people to be able to buy a house in cash. Rising house prices can be caused by several factors, one factor is the market mechanism. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Attitude and Perceived Behavioral Control on the Intention of Bank A customers in making home purchase decisions. And to find out Attitude and Perceived Behavioral Control of Bank A customer Intention partially. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a survey approach, the population used is the customer and prospective customers at Bank A. The sample of this study was 100 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that attitude influences intention, while perceived behavioral control has no effect on attention.

Likewise, providing compensation for the performance of employees will provide reciprocal contributions to the survival of the organization or company. The purpose of this study was to determine how compensation and motivation influence employee performance at PT. X. As well as to determine compensation and motivation for the performance of employees of PT. X partially. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a survey approach, the population used is all employees at PT. X. The sample of this study is the same as the population, namely 98 respondents. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that compensation has an effect on employee performance and motivation has an effect on employee performance.
- ItemDETERMINING THE NUMBER OF SUBSTATION USING THE M/M/S MODEL AT PASTEUR TOLL EXIT(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Suhardi, Agatha Rinta; Pratama, Fajar WijayaThe mode of land transportation to Bandung via the toll road to support the increase in tourist arrivals in Bandung. Tol Cipularang is a very supportive road infrastructure to get to Bandung. Tol Cipularang (Cikampek – Purwakarta - Padalarang) is a toll road in Indonesia that connects between Jakarta and Bandung. The process of a queue occurs when a number of customers from a population source need the service of a particular service facility. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the queuing system at Pasteur toll exit and determine the optimal number of substations to serve toll users at Pasteur toll exit. The research method used is a description of the analysis through several quality measuring devices such as pareto, causal diagrams, and control charts. As a result, there are several factors that cause failure in the production process, including labor (human), machine, materials, and work methods in the production process. The conclusion of this study is that the current queuing system requires a change in the number of substations so that queuing performance is more optimal than before and can fulfill the expected waiting time aspirations for each vehicle that will make toll payment transactions.

SEUNG BIN TEXTIL(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 4, 2020) Sandy, Nova Alex; Ayudianingrum, Eva; Tejawati, Dinda Agustina; Afipah, Sarah Nur; Suhardi, Agatha RintaThe study is based on the fact of the decrease in employees’ performance in 2019 at PT. Seung Bin Textil in several aspects namely work quality, work quantity, initiation, discipline, responsibility, cooperation, task comprehension, and self-adjusting. The objective of the research is to identify the effect of leadership style and work environment towards employees’ performance at PT. Seung Bin Textil. The research respondents are all the employees of PT. Seung Bin Textil which in total is 37 people, as the research samples. The method of data collecting utilizes questionnaires with the scale of measurement used is the Likert Scale. In the study, the technique used in data analysis is descriptive analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, F Test, multiple linear regression analysis, and T Test. The results of the analysis show that the significance level of X1 variable is 0.319 > 0.05 and t-count is -1.011 < 2.03224 whereas the work environment affects partially on employees’ performance with a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05 and t-count 3.149 > 2.03224. However, leadership style and work environment affect employees’ performance simultaneously with an R square value of 0.259. It suggests that the effects of X1 and X2 variables simultaneously to Y variable at the value of 25.9%. Thus, the work environment is the variable that influences employees’ performance.

The research methods used are descriptive methods and verifiive methods with data collection techniques conducted, namely the instructional interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The population in this study was 36 employees of PT. Athaprima Subang Branch. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, analysis correlation coefficients. The results of this study showed that organizational motivation and culture simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of EMPLOYEES of PT. Arthaprima Finance Subang Branch.
- ItemFINANCIAL PERFORMANCE AND COMPANY SIZE TO INFLUENCE THE SUSTAINABILITY REPORT OF COMPANIES LISTED IN KOMPAS 100 FOR 2012-2016(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Sarumpaet, Tetty Lasniroha; Suhardi, Agatha RintaThe Triple Bottom Line concept (profit, planet, people) is considered as the main pillar in building a sustainable business as well as realizing sustainable development. The 3P concept encourages the company to adopt Corporate Social Responsibility and become an integral part of the company's future survival. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of financial performance and company size on the disclosure of sustainability reports in companies listed on Kompas 100 for the period 2012-2016. The variables in this study are financial performance (liquidity, leverage, profitability), company size, and sustainability report disclosure. The population in this study were 100 companies registered in Kompas 100 for the period 2012-2016. The sampling technique used was a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method so that the samples in this study were 9 companies. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the partial liquidity, profitability and company size had a positive effect on the disclosure of the sustainability report. Partially, leverage has a negative effect on the disclosure of sustainability report. Simultaneously, liquidity, leverage, profitability and company size affect the sustainability report disclosure.

Method of approach made by a review of concepts, EOS conducted a survey and distributing questionnaires to 52 respondents representing all the divisions that exist in a family firm. The results of the survey EOS entrepreneurial culture was the highest support in improving company performance. Improved performance of family company affected several aspects : shortening the bureaucracy and regulations, employee motivation, providing a clear career path, an opportunity for employees to own shares of the company as a sign of deep loyalty and commitment among employees to the company. In family companies, employee involvement as a shareholder in a company has a variety of benefits. For example, the availability of sufficient capital to support the production process of the company, increasing employee loyalty and a sense of belonging to the company, increasing employee motivation for the implementation of the Corporate Entrepreneurial (CE).
- ItemIMPLEMENTATION OF STATISTIC PROCESS CONTROL IN FLAT SHOES AND HIGH HEELS PRODUCTION PROCESS(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol. 24, Issue 2, 2020) Suhardi, Agatha Rinta; Marindra, Vina SilvianiThe company implements quality control in order to improve the quality of products or services, increase productivity by reducing defective products, anticipate mismatches in the production process so that the products produced are still in accordance with the standards and specifications set by the company. The purpose of this study is to identify factors, constraints that affect the process of controlling the quality of flat shoes and high heels products that are carried out by the company. The research method uses descriptive analysis through Pareto diagrams, causal diagrams, control maps p and map controls c. The results of data processing indicate that the company has made several efforts to suppress the defective products produced. Analysis using Control Chart makes it easier to see the most dominant factors and constraints, and will get the results that must be done by the company to suppress improper production processes.

The results of the analysis turned out to higher educations in the digital era need to implement learning strategies by leveraging existing technology. Learning strategies to prepare the lecturers who understand e-learning strategies are effective, the concept of e-learning activities, the provision of technologies that support the smooth process of e-learning. Development of the digital era give higher educations the opportunity to anticipate the impact of globalization which will be towards the direction of internationalization. - ItemMACROECONOMICS AND NET ASSET VALUE (NAV) ON EQUITY MUTUAL FUNDS(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 02, 2020) Komariah, Siti; Amalia, Shendy; Suhardi, Agatha RintaThe number of equity mutual funds in Indonesia continues to grow. The increase in the number of equity mutual funds pushed the net asset value (NAV) up 7.9 percent from the end of 2017. However, the development of the number of equity mutual funds was not followed by an increase in Net Asset Value per Participation Unit (NAB / UP). During the first semester of 2017 the equity mutual fund industry's performance showed a downward trend. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), Inflation, Interest Rates and Exchange Rates on Net Asset Value Per Unit Participation in Equity Mutual Funds in Indonesia in 2013-2017. This research sample consisted of 70 equity mutual funds that were actively traded during the study period which were taken using Purposive Sampling. The research method used is the description of analysis using multiple linear regression. Based on data processing, the results are obtained that only the exchange rate has an influence on the Price of Equity Mutual Funds, while the IHSG (NAB / UP), Inflation and Interest Rates have no effect on the Price of Equity Mutual Funds.
- ItemPREDICTING OPERATING CASH FLOWS IN LQ45 INDEX VIA ABILITY OF PROFIT, OPERATING CASH FLOWS AND THE QUALITY OF EARNINGS(Journal of Advanced Research in Dynamical & Control Systems, Vol. 11, 03-Special Issue, 2019) Sarumpaet, Tetty Lasniroha; Suhardi, Agatha RintaThe aim of this research to determine the influence of earning quality as moderator to earnings and operating cash flow predictive ability in predicting future operating cash flows. Sampling data 19 companies were consisted at LQ45 index during period August 2009 to February 2014 by using purposive sampling method. To test the hypothesis, this research use regression analysis with panel model. The conclusion of hypothesis done with the value of correlation coefficient and regression, consider the significance of test result are F - test and t-test level for significance 5 %, the test uses classical assumption test such as normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroskedasticity test. The results of the research show that earnings and operating cash flow predictors simultaneously to predict future operating cash flows better than use predictor earning or operating cash flows. The results show too that earning quality strengths predictive ability of earning and cash flows simultaneously to predict future operating cash flows.

Approach method used the study of literature and some examples from the implementation of Total Quality Management. Higher Education needs to apply Total Quality Management with Quality Function Deployment in order to identify the things that need to be improved in order to improve quality of service and output to the communityas a user outcomes student.

Method approach with descriptive analysis on the implementation of Quality Function Deployment includes product, price, people, processes and physical evidence to improve quality of service. Companies need to implement Total Quality Management through the house of quality in order to provide quality service to the customers. Service attributes that companies provide is considered very important for the customer, so the nonoptimal service make a non loyal customers.

Structural capital of higher education plays an important role in forming good universities that will build universities that are superior and able to compete or collaborate to develop higher education systems and build knowledge for the various needs of human life. This research uses the phenomenology method by examining the experiences of the leaders of Buana Perjuangan University (UBP) Karawang. There were 9 respondents sampled in this study consisting of the chancellor, vice-chancellors, deans and lecturers. This research focuses on the meaning of the respondents' experience in leading and managing the university's structural capital to become a competitive tertiary institution in accordance with the established vision, able to develop academics, research, community service, institutions, student affairs and establish good relations with external parties. The results showed that UBP Karawang has successfully carried out planning, organizing, leading and controlling the organizational structure of Idiosyncratic Structural Capital, Structural Capital for residual organizations, Structural Capital for Organizational Organizations and Structural Capital for Generic Organizations in all lecturers and education staff to become university knowledge so that they can produce universities higher education competition that enables the achievement of a vision in accordance with the period of performance. This research provides information that the management of structural capital in higher education is very important to build university knowledge that can be a guide in achieving the vision of higher education.

Often constraints in terms of raw materials due to a limited number, not uncommon obstacles such as lack of supply of raw materials, the purchase of raw materials at high prices, the occurrence of errors in determining the purchase of raw materials, and so forth. The aim of study to solve the problem requires a management role in the planning of the company's survival. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis using simple regression. The collection of data obtained through questionnaires with a sample of 104 employees at eight manufacturing companies in Bandung. The results showed a positive effect of supply chain management and total quality management significantly influence either directly or indirectly.
