Pertumbuhan sektor jasa semakin berkembang karena besarnya peluang yang ada, terbuka sebuah celah pasar bagi usaha jasa, salah satunya adalah wedding planner (WP) dikarenakan adanya perubahan budaya dan gaya hidup serta kemapanan finansial. WP haruslah unik dan berbeda dengan WP yang lainnya, agar calon mempelai pengantin akan akan tertarik dan menggunakan jasa WP. Dimana WP yang professional bisa menggunakan jasa media periklanan melaui words of mouth, cetak maupun internet untuk menciptakan promosi yang bisa memperkenalkan WP tersebut beserta pelayanannya. Tidak hanya melalui promosi media kreatif periklanan tapi WP juga harus mempunyai kreatifitas tersendiri untuk menciptkan jenis pelayanan yang akan dipakai ataupun nantinya akan direkomendasikan kepada orang lain jika acara yang diadakan berjalan dengan sukses. Kreatifitas WP dituntut melalui kualitas pelayanannya, dimana calon mempelai pengantin menginginkan suatu kesempurnaan di hari bahagianya. Berkembangnya WP di kota Bandung yang saat ini terdaftar 22 WP, menjadikan aspek pengembangan ekonomi kreatif yang dicanangkan pemerintah bisa berjalan. Dimana ekonomi kreatif WP merupakan suatu industri jasa yang kreatif.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the impact of systematic economic risk and funding policy tostock return on Jakarta Islamic Index. The determination sample is using purposive sampling technique in accordance with criteria and multiple linear regression method to perform data analysis. The results of simultaneous research showed that systematic economic risk and funding policy have significant effect on stock return of Jakarta Islamic Index. While the test results partially shows that systematic economic risk provide significant effect while funding policy does not give significant effect on return of shares of Jakarta Islamic Index.

Improving performance, especially sales for MSMEs, is a big challenge. The MSME actors face obstacles especially for small family-owned businesses. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the direct and indirect effects of organizational learning through competitive advantage on the performance of MSMEs in catering services in the city of Bandung. The research method used is quantitative with a questionnaire and by using a covariant-based Structural Equation Model (SEM). From this study is result that organizational learning tends to be lacking, competitive advantage tends to be less, and so is the performance of MSMEs, thus organizational learning has a direct or indirect effect through competitive advantage on the performance of MSMEs in catering services. Competitive advantage is a key function of learning relationships and organizational performance.

This is one of the triggers for a slowdown in recruiting new employees, where college graduates in 2020 have the potential to be affected by this problem. Education has an essential role in shaping human character, one of which is entrepreneurship education. Apart from entrepreneurship education, another factor that can foster interest in entrepreneurship is the family environment. With the existence of entrepreneurship education and a supportive family environment, it is hoped that there will be an increase in student interest in entrepreneurship and reduce the number of unemployed in Indonesia. In this study, the number of samples was 107 respondents, and the sample was calculated three times using the iteration method. The research design used was descriptive and verification, while the research method used multiple regression. The results showed that entrepreneurship education influenced the interest in entrepreneurship by 57.7%, and the family environment had an influence of 66.5%. In contrast, the rest was influenced by other variables that were not examined.

Based on this condition we could assume that entrepreneurs have a dominant role for national employment and national economic. Young entrepreneurs have a dominant role for creating enterprises and for sustainable development as a key in the coming years. The purpose of this research provide student perspective about entrepreneurship for creating venture as a career path and also discusses how psychological characteristic have an influence on entrepreneurial intention among undergraduate student in the Faculty of Business and Management Widyatama University. The method used in this research is quantitative through a questioner as a data collection tool. This research indicate individual psychological characteristic have influenced entrepreneurial intention among entrepreneur particularly students.

Social Media gives all the information we need, where the social media including web based and mobile technologies are used to enable communication into an interactive dialogue between organizations, communities, and individuals. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of social media in creating student interest in writing papers and viewed in term of social media types are often used are: collaborative project, blogs and micro blogs, community content, and social networking sites. The method used in this research is survey with type of descriptive research through a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Sample used is a random probability sampling of student in the Faculty of Business and Management at Widyatama University. The results of this research indicate that the role of social media affects the interest of students writing papers and the social media types are often used is the social networking sites. - ItemTHEORY OF PLANNED BEHAVIOR FOR PREDICTING UNDERGRADUATES ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENTION AT WIDYATAMA UNIVERSITY(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 4, 2020) Widiansyah, Fauzan Akbar; Permana, Ariska Jaya; Samoedra, Artarina Dewi AsriIndonesia is the fourth most populous country in the world. With this level of density, it is actually in line with the large contribution of society in improving the country's economy. On the contrary, the density of the population does not guarantee the welfare of society that is evenly distributed throughout Indonesia, in fact there are still many areas with high levels of open unemployment due to various factors. This study aims to analyze the theory of planned behavior in increasing student interest in becoming entrepreneurs. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression and a sample of 77 active students majoring in management at Widyatama University. Theory of planned behavior has three dimensions, each of which has its own impact. Attitude towards entrepreneurship has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, subjective norms have a negative effect on interest in entrepreneurship, and Perceived behavioral control has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Simultaneously, there is an influence between theory of planned behavior on interest in entrepreneurship by 54.5%.
