Abstract
The emergence of MSME catering services in the city of Bandung which plunged into this field made the competition increasingly tight. Improving performance, especially sales for MSMEs, is a big challenge. The MSME actors face obstacles especially for small family-owned businesses. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the direct and indirect effects of organizational learning through competitive advantage on the performance of MSMEs in catering services in the city of Bandung. The research method used is quantitative with a questionnaire and by using a covariant-based Structural Equation Model (SEM). From this study is result that organizational learning tends to be lacking, competitive advantage tends to be less, and so is the performance of MSMEs, thus organizational learning has a direct or indirect effect through competitive advantage on the performance of MSMEs in catering services. Competitive advantage is a key function of learning relationships and organizational performance.
