- ItemTHE CORRELATION BETWEEN SELFREGULATION WITH DEVIATION BEHAVIOR IN PRISONERS OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE IN LEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN KLAS II A KARAWANG(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol. 24, Issue 1, 2020) Mubina, Nuram; Muharsih, Lania; Saefudin, NugrahaEach individual has self-regulation ability that can be used to regulate and detain himself from deviant behavior or deviation, but this ability is not automatically activated, if the active self- regulation or high ability of individuals will tend to behave normally according to applicable norms and laws, but if the ability individual self-regulation has not been active or low, then the individual's deviation behavior will tend to be high, so that individuals have the potential to commit crimes, one of which is sexual crime. This study aims to determine the relationship between deviation behavior and self-regulation in prisoners of perpetrators of sexual violence Lapas Klas II A Karawang. The hypothesis of this study shows that there is a negative relationship between deviation behavior and the self-regulation of prisoners of sexual crimes. The subject of this study was 79 convicted perpetrators of sexual violence Lapas Klas II A Karawang. This study uses a quantitative correlational method with a scale of deviation behavior and a self-regulation scale as a data collection tool. The behavioral deviation scale consists of 22 items with a reliability coefficient of 0.797. While the self-regulation scale consists of 35 items with a reliability coefficient of 0.908. The results of data analysis using Product Moment Correlation indicate that there is a negative relationship between deviation behavior and selfregulation in prisoners of sexual violence Lapas Klas II A Karawang of -0.598 with a significance of 0.00.

- ItemTHE EFFECTS OF MOBILE SERVICE QUALITY AND E-RECOVERY SERVICE QUALITY ON E-SATISFACTION IN BUKALAPAK APPLICATION USERS(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 02, 2020) Hidayah, Riski Taufik; Tauwli, Muhammad Dzil Fadhli; Saefudin, NugrahaThe purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the quality of mobile-based services and the recovery of electronic services to the satisfaction of users of the Bukalapak trading application. The research uses descriptive methods and the method of verification with the population are consumers who have shopped with the Bukalapak buy and sell application represented by 200 respondents. The analytical method used is Rank Spearman correlation, coefficient of determination, and t test with a significance level of 5% with the use of IBM Statistics 24 SPSS software. The results showed that mobile service quality contributed to the effect of e-satisfaction by 60.84% and e recovery service quality contributed 43.03% to e-satisfaction. Some aspects that can be of concern are companies need to review and pay attention to speed in responding to complaints from consumers and allowance to users of the Bukalapak application as a sign of apology for the inconvenience of malfunctions of the application.

Many MSME Actors can not survive or in other words roll out. Various ways are done by MSMEs to stay afloat. One of them is by reducing the workforce and innovating and creativity following the developing conditions. However, there are many obstacles faced by MSMEs in the post-Covid 19 pandemic or the new normal. This is due to significant changes in government regulations and consumer behavior. So that it has an impact on the business run by MSMEs. The government that establishes health protocols to prevent the spread of Covid in every aspect of community activities and the spread of the Covid 19 Virus that still can not be handled makes consumer behavior more selective in choosing and using products. So that consumers only buy products that they need and guaranteed health at affordable prices and more are done online. This is the problem faced by MSMEs where the marketing of their products that have been marketed offline inevitably has to be done online. In addition, the required product quality standards must be guaranteed and safe Covid 19 Virus is a challenge for MSMEs to be strict in the production process activities to reach consumers. Another major problem is the business capital that is needed by MSMEs in running their businesses. The solution of these constraints provides directions and explanations related to the use of Digitalisasi Marketing for the onlinesales process. Control the quality of production and explain how to get Business Capital. The plan of such activities include preparing and implementing briefings and explanations of activities using Digital Marketing, Production Quality Control, and how to obtain Business Capital. This activity was carried out with the aim of keeping MSMEs exist and gaining profit in the New Normal Era.
