- ItemAPPLICABILITY OF ALTMAN MODEL IN PREDICTING FINANCIAL DISTRESS: Evidence from Rural Bank in Indonesia(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Puspitasari, Devy Mawarnie; Roespinoedji, Djoko; Napitupulu, SotardugaThis study aims to know the applicability of Altman Model in predicting financial distress evidence rural bank in East Java, Indonesia. The method used in this study uses logit. The data used are secondary data obtained from Bank publication reports during period 2009 - 2018. The population used in this study is rural banks in East Java and sample selection based on purposive sampling. The results showed that capital, liquidity, profitability and productivity have significant influence to financial distress bank. This finding is consistent with finding’s Altman (2000) in commercial bank. Rural banks also need to pay attention to solvency so banks can carry out their intermediary role. Channeling credit optimally and keeping liquidity far from the threshold to increase profits. Accordingly, banks will avoid financial distress. This research will be useful in knowing the applicability of Altman Model in predicting financial distress, especially rural banks from existing models based on existing parameters.

The customer loyalty tends to decrease. The purpose of this study was to find out how department store image, e-customer loyalty and the influence of department store image on e-customer loyalty. The population of this study is customers of online department store shopping sites in Bandung covering Matahari, Metro, Ramayana and Yogya. The sample customers are department store shopping sites that shop at least once a month at department stores. The analysis used is descriptive and path analysis. The results of the study stated that there was a significant effect of department store image on e-customer loyalty.
- ItemTHE DETERMINANTS OF FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF STATE-OWNED BANKS IN INDONESIA(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 02, 2020) Puspitasari, Devy Mawarnie; Saudi, Mohd Haizam Mohd; Roespinoedji, DjokoPurpose: This study is to investigate the determinants of financial performance of state-owned banks in Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach: The method used in this study uses panel data. The data used are secondary data obtained from Bank publication reports for the period 2007 - 2017. The population used in this study is state-owned bank and sample selection based on purposive sampling. Findings: The results showed that the leverage measured by the DER ratio had a negative and significant effect on the financial performance (ROA) of state-owned banks in Indonesia. The effect of Loan deposit ratio, debt equity ratio and capital adequacy ratio together are still low on the financial performance of state-owned banks in Indonesia. Loan deposit ratio that does not have a real effect on financial performance, it is better if the loan distribution is adjusted to the economic conditions faced. An aggressive credit distribution strategy is not always profitable for banks, especially when in uncertain economic conditions. Originality/value: This research will be useful in mapping the determinants of state-owned banks performance in Indonesia, focusing on the process of the funding, leverage, capital.

- ItemTHE EFFECT OF HUMAN CAPITAL SOCIAL CAPITAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT TO PRODUCTIVITY(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 01, 2020) Hendayana, Yana; Roespinoedji, Djoko; Prawirosumarto, SuharnoThis study analyzes the competitiveness of Micro-Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of doll industrial sector in West Java Province which is influenced by human capital, social capital, work environment, and productivity. The aim of this research is to know and analyze the influence of human capital, social capital, work environment directly to productivity. This research was using a survey method with a quantitative approach. The unit of analysis of this study is the doll industrial sector in West Java Province , with entrepreneurs as a unit of observation, namely a population of 191 entrepreneurs and a sample of 128 entrepreneurs. Data were obtained from survey results through questionnaires distributed to the entrepreneurs. Data were processed using statistical analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The results showed that in the human capital, work environment, and productivity were tend to be high and social capital were tend to be low. Based on hypothesis testing, it is found that the human capital, social capital, and work environment have a positive effect on productivity; and that human capital, social capital, work environment, and productivity have a positive and significant effect on competitiveness, directly and indirectly.
- ItemTHE EFFECT OF OBESITY ON CHILDREN FITNESS IN THE AGE 10-12 YEARS OLD(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 01, 2020) Lesmana, Syahmirza Indra; Fuadi, Dela Fariha; Meidian, Abdul Chalik; Roespinoedji, DjokoPurpose : The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in fitness among 10-12 year old students with normal body mass index and obesity. Methods : This study was quantitative descriptive, which to determine the differences in fitness among 10-12 year old students especially in cardiorespiratory fitness. Cardiorespiratory fitness was measured by indirect methode use prediction formula for Volume Oxygen Maximum (VO2max). Normality test uses Shapiro wilk test. The sample consisted of 30 students which divided in to two groups, first group consisted of 15 student with normal body mass index and another group consisted of 15 student with obesity. Result : Normality test was tested by Shapiro Wilk Test showed that the data is distributed abnormal with the result p=0,012 (p<0,05). Hypothese test uses Mann-whitney U test showed that there was difference in fitness among 10-12 year old students with normal body mass index and obesity which the value p=0,000 (p<0,05). Conclusion : This study showed that there was difference in fitness among 10-12 year old students with normal body mass index and obesity.

The factors that is tested on this study is taxation knowledge and tax penalty as independent variable while taxpayer obedience as dependent variable. The sample that is used on this study is amount 100 respondents by using probability sampling method with slovin formula. While the analysis mehtode that is used on this study is multiple linear regression analysis on the significancy level amount 5% by using SPSS application. The result of this study show that taxation knowledge and tax penalty has influence significantly to taxpayer obedience in the Pratama Tax Service Office Bogor. While the amount of influence taxation knowledge and tax penalty on giving an influence contribution to taxpayer obedience as amount 80%.

In conducting employees ' work requires the motivation to be wellperforming. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation for turnover intention, the method of research used is a descriptive and variation method. The results show that compensation affects the turnover of intention. Although there are still some elements that need to be considered because it has a low value that belongs to the category quite well. Work motivation affects the turnover of intention. Although there are still some elements that need to be considered because it has a low value that needs to be improved again that is in the category quite good. Monitoring is needed from management so that employees are motivated to implement Accreditation standards and are committed to running Accreditation standards. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of supervision and motivation on post-accreditation employee commitment with employee satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research method uses quantitative methods with the type of causality. Data collected through surveys. The study was conducted at hospitals in the health service industry. Unit of analysis is the individual manager of the hospital unit. The number of samples is 180. Data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed there was an influence of supervision, work motivation and job satisfaction on post-accreditation employee commitment simultaneously. Post-meditation employee commitment is influenced by job satisfaction and work motivation. Work motivation influences job satisfaction, giving rise to post-accreditation employee commitment. Job satisfaction can be an intervening variable between work motivation and post-accreditation employee commitment. The findings of the study are post-accreditation employee commitment arising from work motivation so as to make employees satisfied at work. This fosters employees' dedication, integrity and sense of belonging to the importance of implementing Accreditation standards.

For Javanese people, traditional food is not only food but also includes drinks. Geographical conditions and conditions of each region in Java are factors that cause differences in the types of food. Documentation about the richness of Javanese food is stored in one of Javanese literary works, which is Serat Chentini or often referred to as the Javanese Cultural Encyclopedia. Serat Chentini documents the basic ingredients of Javanese food which are the main food ingredients but are also served to entertain guests and complete traditional ceremonies. In addition to the types of Javanese food, in Serat Chentini also mentioned locations where these foods can be found. The combination of the appearance of Javanese food with the location of its food in the Java region can be documented into a Visual Storytelling about the traditional Javanese food footprint. The book titled Milang Warisan can be used as a knowledge of the distribution of Old Javanese food which has become the starting point for the development of traditional Javanese cuisine until today.

This study aims to compile financial statements of MSME C based on MSMEs Financial Accounting Standards. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Source of data used primary data in the form of interviews and documentations. The results showed the financial statements of MSME C consist of financial position reports, income statements and notes to the financial statement.

This research is aimed to explain the influence of Industry Attractiveness and Business Capability on Competitive Advantage of MSME/UMKM in Indonesia. The research method applied is descriptive verificative with survey approach. Through on-line survey there were 52 data of MSME with those who chose SME or the people with a higher position than them as the observed units. The second order structural equation modelling is used to prove the research hyphothesis that Industry Attractiveness and Business Capability influence the Competitive Advantage of MSME/UMKM. The second order modelling applied in this research helps to find the most dominant dimension explaining every research variable and also the most important indicator constructing every dimension used to measure the research variable. The second order method with repeated measurement approach is easy to apply with the help of plspm packages on an open source program R. This method finds that all dimensions and indicators are valid with standardized loading factor value greater than the minimum limit determined by various literatures and the most influential variable in Competitive Advantage of MSME/UMKM is Business Capability.

In this research, the writer takes the title "The Effect of E-Service Quality and Brand Trust on the Repurchase Intention of Adrsfootwear Products at Bukalapak.com". The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of E-Service Quality and Brand Trust on repurchase intentions on Adrsfootwear products. The research method uses descriptive and verification by collecting data through observation and questionnaire where the population of 8134 uses solving formula with a tolerance level of 10%, then the population is 99. The results of the analysis of E- Service Quality, Brand Trust and Intention to Buy Back Adrsfootwear Products are necessary increase customer satisfaction with E-service quality so as to create Brand Trust towards product sales compared to other competitors by increasing repurchase interest in Adrsfootwear at bukalapak.com. Based on the results of the correlation test and the effect of E-Service Quality and Brand Trust on Repurchase Intention has a significant positive level and shows a very strong relationship and the results of hypothesis testing using (F test) can be accepted because the calculation results on Ftable> Fcount means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.

Factors tested in this research is Return On Asset and Corporate Social Responsibility as independent variable, while company value as dependent variable. The research method is descriptive method. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2018 which total to 154 companies. Technique of sample used in this research is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method, so the number of sample is 85 company. In addition, the data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. The program used in analyzing data using Eviews 10. The results showed that partially and simultaneously the Return On Asset and Corporate Social Responsibility affect the value of the company. In addition, the research results also show that the magnitude of the influence of Return On Asset and Corporate Social Responsibility in contributing influence on the value of the company by 48.5%.

This is regulated in the Minimum Service Standards in the health sector. Implementation of Minimum Service Standards will be very strategic in relation to implementation of Health Insurance: Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Implementation of minimum service Standard will strengthen the promotive-preventive side so that it is expected to have an impact on reducing the number of curative cases that must be covered by JKN. Government and private hospitals, is one of the health facilities that visited by many people in obtaining the right to health services. The development of a dynamic community mindset requires hospitals to always make adjustments to improve quality and conduct direct surveys in order to find out factually the needs of consumers. Therefore, hospitals are required to provide quality services in accordance with established standards and can required all levels of society.

Integrating the literature on leader-member exchange and psychosocial safety climate theories, the researcher also investigated the role of work engagement in mediating the effect of leader-member exchange (LMX) and psychosocial safety climate (PSC) on employee performance. The study was conducted to 272field employees working for three mineral exploration drilling service companies in Indonesia. Structural equation modeling was used to test the hypothesized effect of the investigated variables. The results of hypotheses testing provide evidence that high quality leader-member exchange (LMX) and psychosocial safety climate (PSC) are well proven to enhance work engagement and employee performance in mineral exploration drilling industry in Indonesia. The study also emphasizes the value of high leader-member exchange and psychosocial safety climate for enhancing work engagement. These high leader-member exchange, psychosocial safety climate and work engagement, in turn also enhance employee performance.

This is important as a signal to hospitals if they want sustainability so that employee performance must continue to be good. Thus, professional management needs support in mentoring activities, to increase employee motivation and career development in order to produce good nurse performance. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of the functions of mentoring, motivation and career development on nurse performance in health institution. This study uses a survey research method with an explanatory approach to causality research. The unit of analysis is nurse. Time horizon uses cross section. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. This study uses Path Analysis, the number of samples successfully collected was 148. Data analysis using path analysis with statistical analysis.The results showed that the functions of mentoring, motivation and career development jointly influenced the performance of hospital nurses; the mentoring function has a significant positive effect on nurse motivation variables; the mentoring function does not have a significant positive effect on nurse career development variables; the mentoring function has a significant positive effect on nurse performance variables; career development has a significant positive effect on nurse performance variables; and nurse motivation has a significant positive effect on nurse performance variables. Research findings are that hospital nurses have a high internal or intrinsic drive to make themselves have high expertise, high competence, experience, skills and high skills through training in order to meet professional qualification standards according to expertise and competence.

Many factors influence entrepreneurial success for entrepreneurs. This research is conducted to determine the influence of motivation, knowledge, experience, and environment on entrepreneurial success. This research method uses descriptive and verification methods. The data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to 75 students who already have businesses. The analytical tool used to analyze the data in SPSS version 22. From the research results, it is obtained that motivation, knowledge, experience, and environment influence entrepreneurial success. The marginalization of this study was that motivation, knowledge, and the environment had more influence on entrepreneurial success. While the results of previous studies of motivation, experience, and environment that influence the success of entrepreneurship.
- ItemTHE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EMOTION REGULATION AND CYBER BULLYING BEHAVIOR AMONG INTERNET USERS(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 01, 2020) Sitasari, Novendawati Wahyu; Andoko; M, Safitri; Roespinoedji, DjokoSocial networking as a positive medium for communicating with others. But some other users see the opportunity as a medium to harass or insult others. The purpose of this study is to look at the relationship between emotional regulation and cyber bullying behavior in internet users. This research is quantitative research, using a non-experimental correlational method with a purposive sampling technique. The number of research samples are 100 internet users. Emotional regulation scale based on Gross theory uses a scale from the modified Ikhwanisifa (2008), totaling 33 valid items with a reliability coefficient (α) of 0.932. The scale of cyber bullying behavior based on Willard's theory using a scale from Agrippina (2016) that has been modified, totaling 37 valid items with a reliability coefficient (α) of 0.955. The results showed (p) = 0.001; ((p) <0.05) with a correlation coefficient (r) of -0.332, meaning that the hypothesis is accepted, that there is a significant negative relationship between emotional regulation and cyber bullying behavior on internet users. Based on the value (r 2 ) shows that emotional regulation contributes 10 , 6 % in influencing cyber bullying behavior , while 89.4% is influenced by other factors such as gender, gender, or type of work. The findings of this study are known that gender has a relationship with the emotional regulation of internet users. While Facebook and Twitter social networks have a relationship with cyber bullying behavior of internet users.

The problem is obtained in this thesis is the role of BPJS officers in order to fulfill the rights and obligations of patients in Cengkareng hospital and how sanctions for bpjs officers are not performing duties at Cengkareng hospital. This type of research is empirical and the whole is done using qualitative methods. This research shows that there is a BPJS who has committed violations in the Implementation of its Role in Cengkareng District Hospital. The results of the study suggest that there needs to be an evaluation of BPJS officers in their roles so that in implementing their roles in the daytime there will be no longer violations that harm patients in the hospital and if there are still BPJS officers who have not played their roles well then strict sanctions from the government will be given. complaints from the hospital or patient. Patients in this case must act decisively and dare to take decisions to the hospital so that the hospital immediately responds quickly to complain about violations committed by BPJS officers.
