Virtual reality can be implemented in the fields of Architecture, Military, and Entertainment such as games. This study purpose to make games by genre battle royale platformer who apply the technology of virtual reality which played by players that must avoid obstacles-obstacles that exist to reach the finish line. The Game will be divided into two stages that is Gate Crash and Door Dash, by using Virtual Reality hope the players can feel the sensation is more fun when playing the game. This study uses six stages of the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, that is Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing and Distribution. The application has been tested through Blackbox testing, with the results of all test indicators being declared valid.

Dewi Mukti Selaras adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang HR (Human Resource) Services dan telah mengelola tenaga kerja di bandung pada pengelolaan persediaan barang (inventory). Proses persediaan barang (inventory) yang ada masih dilakukan secara manual baik pencatatan barang dari supplier, pendistribusian sampai pelaporan. Agar proses inventory lebih efektif dan efisien, maka akan dilakukan pembuatan sistem “Perancangan Aplikasi Persediaan Barang (Inventory)” yang dapat memudahkan dalam menangani proses persediaan stok barang, pendataan barang masuk dan keluar, pemesanan barang, sehingga sistem yang akan dibangun diharapkan dapat mempermudah pekerjaan pada PT. Dewi Mukti Selaras dalam mengelola dan mengontrol data persediaan stok barang. Perancangan sistem memakai metode Rational Unified Process (RUP). Sistem ini berbasis web menggunakan framework CodeIgneter.
- ItemTHE ROLE OF STUDENT LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM TO PREPARE INDONESIAN’S FUTURE LEADERS: A BRIDGING PROGRAM CASE STUDY THE ECONOMICS FACULTY OF ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY OF INDONESIA(Widyatama International Seminar, 2014-02-14) Setiawati, Trias; Zuhriyah; Ridwan; Hasyim, Fuad; Prihantoro, Agung; Sarkawi, AhmadThe objective of the research is to examine the process The objective of the research is to find the input of Student as they become new students, it also to explore the process of SLDP. This research is also to find out the result of SLDP after the students finished joining the program. The Bridging Program (BP) is held in 100 minutes of four meetings a week at the first two semesters of the students of the Management Departments to bridge the gap between student’s life in senior high schools and the higher education state. The program also teaches students especially soft skills to be actively independent learners. The research methods employed was focus group discussion (FGD) involving students, lecturers of the Bridging Program and the Management Departments, using qualitative method that is a case study. The results of the research show that (1) the SLDP gives some subjects—such as Islamic values, national spirit, integrity, how to become agents of change, critical thinking, organizational skill, effective communication, self-confidence, pro-activeness, assertiveness, empathy, making clear vision and mission, time management, deciding priority, reflective learning log, inclusion, synergy and research on community leaders and organization—that make students more mature to become Indonesian’s future leaders. (2) After joining the SLDP, students had developed their qualified leadership that dependent on the quality of the student as an input in BP. The main outcomes are their increasingly religious consciousness, open mind, proactive, effectiveness communication, selfconfidence, discipline, assertiveness, and braveness. (3) Some problems of SLDP in student’s perspective are the lecture time because the better time for running SLDP class is in the morning while in the SLDP lecturers feel the poor learning facility and their status of non-permanent lecturers. (4) After finishing the SLDP, students need some mentoring program which should be formally managed by the Management Department.
- ItemTHE ROLE OF STUDENT-CENTERED LEARNING TO PREPARE ACTIVELY INDEPENDENT LEARNERS: A BRIDGING PROGRAM CASE STUDY IN THE ECONOMICS FACULTY OF THE ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY OF INDONESIA(Widyatama International Seminar, 2014-02-14) Setiawati, Trias; Zuhriyah; Ridwan; Hasyim, Fuad; Prihantoro, Agung; Sarkawi, AhmadThe objective of the research is to examine the process of student-centered learning (SCL) approach as a step for improving the quality in the Bridging Program (BP) at the Economics Faculty of Islamic University of Indonesia. The BP is held in 100 minutes of four meetings a week for the freshmen at the Departments of Management and Economics, designed to bridge the gap between student’s life in secondary schools and the higher learning education, and to facilitate students in developing their soft skills being active independent learners. Examination is focused on primary data obtained form documentation, interview, observation and focus group discussion (FGD) involving students and lecturers of the Program, using qualitative method that is a case study. The results show that (1) the SCL approach employing a number of learning tools such as computer, projector, colorful paper and marker, bottle, water and so onhas significant impact in various learning activities such as small group and class discussion, debate, role play, simulation, and project. The approach also encourages students to be more active and joyful to learn as compared to another approach namely teacher-centered learning approach. (2) As a consequence of the approach use, the class facilities such as chairs, sound systems, computers facilities are unable to accommodate the demand for the students who are more active, whereas the classes are unable to be conducted optimally due to lecturer-to-student ratio which is very small. (3) The SCL approach provides more satisfaction to the students as they can express their desire, capacity and ability to analyze the subject.
- ItemTINJAUAN MENGENAI PELAKSANAAN PENILAIAN KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PERKEBUNAN JAWA BARAT(Universitas Widyatama, 2017) RidwanKinerja merupakan hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dapat dicapai oleh seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugas sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya, maka dari itu perusahaan harus melakukan evaluasi terhadap faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Dinas Perkebunan Jawa Barat merupakan salah satu Organisasi Perangkat Daerah yang berada dilingkungannya Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat.Yang perlu mengetahui berbagai kelemahan dan kelebihan pegawainya yang dapaat dijadikan sebagai landasan dalam menemukan solusi dan meningkatkan prodiktifitas terhadap pelayanan masyarakat. Hasil observasi dalam pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja pada Dinas Perkebunan Jawa Barat diketahui menggunakan metode Rating Scale,. Dalam Pasal 12 dan Pasal 20 UU No. 43 Tahun 1999 antara lain mengamanatkan bahwa pembinaan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dilakukan berdasarkan sistem prestasi kerja dan sistem karier, sebagai peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat serta sebagai tolak ukur dari keberhasilan perkebunan Indonesia, khususnya pada Provinsi Jawa Barat. Oleh sebab itu penulis menyarankan agar Dinas Perkebunan Jawa Barat memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadap pegawainya dalam upaya mewujudkan kinerja yang semakin lebih baik.
