The better the compensation given to employees can increase job satisfaction and employee attachment to the organization, can help attract potential employees to join the company and maintain and retain productive employees. This study aims to determine the influence of attitudes on compensation and employee engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This type of quantitative research, with a population and sample that is all employees taff position in mining contracting companies, amounting to 50 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a census with data collection methods using a measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale type. Validity in this study uses content validity, with the validity of the ratio of this study using the method of content validity ratio (CVR). Testing the analysis of measuring instrument items was calculated by Pearson's product moment correlation equation and reliability testing by Cronbach's Alpha technique. Data analysis method with multiple analysis techniques. Based on the results of the regression test above, the value obtained by sig. 0.00 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of attitude towards compensation and employee engagement towards OCB simultaneously. From the determination test results obtained value of 0.325, the contribution of attitudes towards compensation and employee engagement is 32.5% to OCB, and 67.5% is influenced by other variables outside of the variables in this study.

BAS is Mechanical Experiences, which is one of the criteria to see individuals in work. Seeing the above phenomenon, then this research is done to know there is a relationship between Employee Engagement with Mechanical Experiences as performance indicator at PT. BAS. The subjects sampled in this study are employees who work in PT. BAS and located in South Kalimantan. The number of samples used for this research is 52 employees. The sample technique used in this research is Non- Probability Sampling, with Convenience Sampling method. Using the Product Moment from Pearson, obtained coefficient of expression of an employee engagement with mechanical experience of - 0.098 and sig = 0.489 with p> 0,05. Referring to the result of data analysis that has been described, it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between employee engagement with mechanical experience in mechanical employees at PT. BAS.
- ItemPENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN YAYASAN PENDIDIKAN AL HIKMAH INDONESIA(Program Magister Manajemen Sekolah Pasca Sarjana Universitas Widyatama, 2023) Hakim, Arif RahmanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kompensasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Pendidikan Al Hikmah Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan Al Hikmah Indonesia. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sampel jenuh ( Sensus ), dengan jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi keseluruhan yaitu 50 karyawan. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis korelasi product moment, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji signifikan pada taraf siginifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompensasi memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja sebesar 11,02%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 88,98% lainnya merupakan kontribusi dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti, selanjutnya komunikasi memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja sebesar 47,6%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 52,4% lainnya merupakan kontribusi dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Sedangkan kompensasi dan komunikasi memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja sebesar 47,8%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 52,2% lainnya merupakan kontribusi dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
