Employee retention is a company's effort in maintaining the employee's good rating to stay in a company for some time. This research was done at Ahadiat Hotel and Bungalow Bandung. Management is required to be able to create a working atmosphere that is full of family feelings and good communication. The research method is using descriptive and verificative methods. The types and sources of the data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The population of this research is a whole employee of 92 people, using a crude sample. The data gathering method is by observation, interview, and questionnaire. The analysis tool used is a double-linear regression analysis and F test. Results indicate that non-physical working environment and career development affect positively and significantly with employee retention, so the better the non-physical working environment and career development the more the employee's retention.

Retensi karyawan adalah upaya perusahaan dalam mempertahankan karyawan yang berkinerja baik untuk tetap dalam perusahaan selama jangka waktu tertentu. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Ahadiat Hotel dan Bungalow Bandung. Manajemen hendaknya mampu menciptakan suasana kerja yang penuh dengan nuansa kekeluargaan dan komunikasi yang baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan berjumlah 92 orang, menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan angket yang berupa kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda, dan Uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan, maka semakin baik lingkungan kerja non fisik dan pengembangan karir maka retensi karyawan meningkat.
