The brand community affect and trust will influence directly and indirectly brand loyalty via brand community commitment. The present study conducted this framework of thinking to 327 members of PI.One as Pajero owner community in Indonesia as respondents. The factor analysis found that in PI.One environment, respondents do not differentiate between affect and trust. Thus, the independent variables merged into brand community affect and trust (BCAT). The hypotheses testing found that all hypotheses are supported. Several implications and also future researches are discussed at the end of this article.

Employee retention is a company's effort in maintaining the employee's good rating to stay in a company for some time. This research was done at Ahadiat Hotel and Bungalow Bandung. Management is required to be able to create a working atmosphere that is full of family feelings and good communication. The research method is using descriptive and verificative methods. The types and sources of the data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The population of this research is a whole employee of 92 people, using a crude sample. The data gathering method is by observation, interview, and questionnaire. The analysis tool used is a double-linear regression analysis and F test. Results indicate that non-physical working environment and career development affect positively and significantly with employee retention, so the better the non-physical working environment and career development the more the employee's retention.

Without contributions from employees, the company's goals will not be achieved. Compensation is a form of remuneration from the company for the work done. In conducting employees ' work requires the motivation to be wellperforming. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation for turnover intention, the method of research used is a descriptive and variation method. The results show that compensation affects the turnover of intention. Although there are still some elements that need to be considered because it has a low value that belongs to the category quite well. Work motivation affects the turnover of intention. Although there are still some elements that need to be considered because it has a low value that needs to be improved again that is in the category quite good. Compensation and work affect the turnover intention based on the hypothesis test result. An employee is an asset to a company. - ItemUNDERSTANDING KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER EFFECTIVENESS IN ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION WITHIN INDONESIAN SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES(Journal of Advanced Research in Dynamical & Control Systems, Vol. 11, 03-Special Issue, 2019) Cahyadi, Indra; Anggapradja, Indra Taruna; Wijaya, AidaSmall and Medium Enterprises have attempted to implement Enterprise Resource Planning System to enhance their business sustainability and become more competitive in the global market, albeit with some problems. Drawing from the relevant literature of information system success models, knowledge management and user behaviour, this study has developed a research model to examine various factors of knowledge transfer process in ERP implementation within Indonesian SMEs. The research model includes specific constructs and paths deemed appropriate for the current research context. Quantitative surveys and Partial Least Square analysis were used to validate the model. The study found that consulting companies and management supports have significant roles to the factors that lead to good knowledge content quality and effective transfer of knowledge.
