Abstract
Demand Chain Collaboration is that it is a two way, interactive business process focused on the customer, rather than a controlling or managing process focused on company’s business relationship with the sales partner. Collaboration Transportation Management to stay actively enhanced logistics and marketing performance that increases value for the organization and customer satisfaction. The limited raw plastics materials to make manufacturers in Indonesia still import million tons and it is necessary to address the role of logistics services that customer plastics industry plastic packaging demand is driven by growth in the food and beverage industry. This research investigation is concerned with determining how demand chain collaboration link through logistics and marketing performance to influence customer satisfaction. With data collected from 3’s (three) areas Jababeka Industrial Park, Pulogadung Industry, MM2100 Industrial Park, each area representing 8 plastics industries and each plastics industry representing 10 labors finding indicate customer satisfaction was affected not only logistics and marketing performance but demand chain collaboration also taking into the role of marketing performance.
