Abstract
This study aims toexplain empirically how to develop resources and capabilities that are valuable and rarely, becoming inimitable and non-substitutable so that have implications for improving long-term company performance or called sustained competitive advantage. This study uses a quantitative approach. This survey research was conducted on 50 fashion creative businesses in the city of Bandung. The research method was carried out descriptively and verification using SPSS 20 and SmartPLS3 as the analysis tools. The novelty of this research is the discovery of 2 added dimensions of Stoneman's Soft Innovation Concept, namely networking innovation dimension and local experience innovation dimension which were able to develop valuable and rarely resources/capabilities in the fashion creative business in Bandung, becoming inimitable and non-substitutable thus makingfashion creative businessas one of Indonesia's creative industries that has superior performance.
