This study investigates empirically the impact of loan collectibility on SMEs based on Economic Sectors. Loan collectability is represented by lending from banks and financial management companies. Samples were taken from the Indonesian Banking Statistics on SMEs from the period 2008 to 2009. This secondary data was collected using the purposive sampling method. Descriptive methods and multiple regression analysis were utilized. The results of this study indicate that loans collectibility has a significant impact on the inability to manage small and medium enterprises (SMEs).en_US
