dc.description.abstractApologizing can be shown in various ways, both through the language, the procedures for apologizing are adapted to the cultural conditions that develop in the social life of a nation. For Japanese people, the culture of apologizing is common in their daily lives. This is reflected in the life of the Japanese people who prioritize shame when acting. So that when they make a mistake, they will immediately say sorry, followed by bowing their body. The way to apologize in Japanese society is quite unique when compared to other cultures. Theirs apology expression has many ways both in terms of language to express their apologies, as well as socio-cultural aspects.en_US
