Abstract
Al Islam Bandung Hospital is a private hospital that has a vision of a superior, trusted and Islamic hospital. As one of the private hospitals, Al Islam Bandung Hospital participates in supporting government programs in the field of health, carrying out cross-sectoral collaboration and actively participating in efforts to improve public health. In addition, Al Islam Bandung Hospital also carries out health services by giving satisfaction to patients. That's why it is very important to measure the performance of non-financial aspects in addition to the financial aspects that run in Al Islam Bandung Hospital.This study aims to measure the performance of Al Islam Bandung Hospital with four Balance Scorecard perspectives, namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective and learning and growth perspective. This study collected data for a period of five years, namely 2011 to 2015. Analyze this study by comparing performance between years. Researchers used questionnaires to patients and employees as primary data and annual reports as secondary data. The results of the measurement of the performance of the Al Islam Hospital as a whole showed that the performance of the Al Islam Hospital was good enough from the four perspectives, namely the financial, customer, internal business and learning and growth perspectives.
