PAKCOY SMART FARMING MONITORING SYSTEM BASED ON PROGRESSIVE WEB APPLICATION

Abstract
Pakcoy farming activities are increasingly varied and varied in planting techniques to the plants planted because the general public also makes it a hobby. It becomes exciting when a problem arises where the manual method of treating plants is less effective and efficient so that the crop yields are not as expected. The research entitled "Pakcoy Smart Farming Monitoring System Based on Smartphone Progressive Web Application" has a problem formulation of how to remotely manage and care for plants anytime and anywhere so that the plants' quality can be maintained consistently to provide the expected results. This study aimed to design a system called Smart Farming to assist the community in caring for plants. This Smart Farming is based on IoT and built using an Arduino microcontroller, soil moisture, and the C programming language, which is then combined with a Progressive Web Application based application assisted by solar panels as its energy source. The application to be built is an application available for the Android and IOS platforms.
