dc.description.abstractA person's commitment to an organization / company is no longer an ordinary thing but is a very important issue. This becomes a benchmark for someone in holding a position / position in a company or organization. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intention. The data analysis methods used are descriptive and quantitative. Respondents in this study amounted to 50 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of data analysis show that organizational commitment has a significant negative effect, and job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intensity. Simultaneously, there is a significant influence together with the variable organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intensity. The implication of this research is to increase organizational commitment by increasing employee loyalty and providing awareness that employees have an important role in advancing the company, and increasing job satisfaction by improving relationships between employees and leaders, increasing abilities through formal education and developing ideas in completion. profession.en_US
