dc.description.abstractThe development of technology on field operation becomes a target in creating a mobile application. To exchange knowledge and experiences among fellow field operations is difficult to be executed since they have limited space to share. However, DoYouCare application offers a solution for the fellow field operations so they can always be productive while putting their knowledge to good use by sharing it. DoYouCare itself is a management application that offers knowledge regarding field operations. The method that was used in its examination was System Usability Scale (SUS). The result showed that the system had decent usability with the effective percentage of 80,88% and the percentage of satisfactory test 96,16% out of 30 respondents that consist of field technician and office staff. By performing a test based on implementing knowledge management functions, the average concluded at 3,33871 out of 5. The success of reaching middle values, in terms of functionality, shows that DoYouCare application is quite satisfactory when it comes to its utilization on implementation of knowledge management in filed operation.en_US
