Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of financial ratios and market ratios on stock prices in companies in the agricultural sector. Financial ratios are represented by the current ratio (CR), return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). Market ratios are represented by earnings per share (EPS), pricing earnings ratio (PER) and price book value (PBV). The data used are secondary data. The company sampled as many as 22 companies engaged in the agricultural sector in Indonesia. The data collection is based on the criteria of companies that have complete financial statements in 2013-2016. The research method uses panel data regression methods. The model has influenced the variable used 83.02%, and the model is influenced by other factors not examined.
