dc.description.abstractInformation Technology is one on of the important backbone regarding to business process’s effectiveness and efficiency of enterprises. Audit of information technology within an enterprise is one of form of attempts to measure the maturity level from list of hardware, software, applications and personnel or human resources that are owned and operated by the enterprise. This paper presenting the result on Information Technology Audit for measuring the maturity levels of Freshingly Corp. using Cobit (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) Version 4.1 and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Complementarity. The focus areas of the audit from this paper are Business Perspective, Planning to Implement Service Management, Security Management, Application Management, ICT Infrastructure Management, Service Support and Service Delivery from one Web Development Company.en_US
