dc.description.abstractThe main ideas of unity, social justice, popular sovereignty, and the Almighty God contained in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia are emanations from Pancasila. The four main ideas embody the legal ideals that govern the basic laws of the state, namely the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The elucidation of the four main ideas Opening into the articles of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia covers four aspects of state life, namely: political, economic, socio-cultural, and defense and security, abbreviated as POLEKSOSBUD HANKAM.en_US
