- ItemANALISIS HUBUNGAN KONSUMSI ENERGI DENGAN PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI INDONESIA PADA SEKTOR INDUSTRI DAN TRANSPORTASI PERIODE 2000 - 2014(Program studi Administrasi Bisnis Fakultas Komunikasi dan Bisnis Universitas Telkom, 2016-04) Aprliana, Tria; Tarmidi, DidiPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan konsumsi energi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia pada sektor industri dan transportasi periode 2000 sampai dengan 2014. Berdasarkan uji Granger Causality dan Ordinary Least Squares (OLS), hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan konsumsi energi pada sektor industri dan sektor tran~portasi.H asil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap konsumsi energi pada sektor industri dan pertumbuhan ekonomi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap konsumsi energi pada sektor transportasi. Penemuan ini memberikan implikasi kebijakan yang penting pembuat keputusan, agar supaya mengkaji ulang kebijakan, khususnya kebijakan dalam menentukan harga BBM dan TDL agar tujuan pembangunan yaitu untuk mensejahterakan rakyat tercapai.

This study took a sample of SMEs manufacturing, which consisted of five main industrial categories, namely textile industry, handicraft industry, shoe & bag industry, food& beverage industry, and various industries. Sampling was carried out on 100 owners or managers of SME manufacturing in Bandung and surrounding areas because the area is one of the centers of SME manufacturing in West Java. Data analysis in this study used a structural equation model based on partial least square (SEM-PLS). The results of testing of the research hypothesis show that the variables of innovation collaboration and management support have a positive and significant effect on innovation speed, but the variable of knowledge sharing does not have a positive and significant impact on innovation speed. Research implication to the owner or manager to utilize innovation collaboration with external partners, especially the collaboration with consumers. In addition, it is expected that the owner or manager can create a work atmosphere that supports innovation.

Merger or acquisiton announcement released by a company will affect share price of target company. This research of merger and acquisition with payment method aims to test the effect due to the event.Their reaction depends on early announcement and how a company fund the merger and acquisition. Hypothesis for this research are whether there is positive abnormal return during the announcement date of merger and acquisition, and whether Average abnormal return Merger and acquisition announcements using cash as a method of payment is greater than the announcement Mergers and acquisitions using stock as a method of payment. The method of research used in this study is a method of verificative and descriptive event study approach. The samples used in this research are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that announced their mergers and acquisitions in the year 2005-2011 and acquired 20 companies to 10 companies using cash payments and 10 companies using the stock payments. The method of analysis used in this study is event study method, which is to observe the company's stock price and then calculate the average abnormal return before and after the merger issue. Result shows that there is positive abnormal positive return during the announcement date of merger and acquisition, there is a significant AAR prior to the announcement of mergers and acquisitions. And for the payment method, Average abnormal return on the announcement of the merger and acquisition using cash is not greater than the average abnormal return to the stock as a payment method to undertake mergers and acquisitions.
- ItemCOMPETENCE AND COMPENSATION IN DETERMINING PERSONAL PERFORMANCE OF SANGGAR TARI WANTUN SUGANDA(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 4, 2020) Mondong, Ferly; Triwahyuni, Titik; Rohman, Muhammad; Zaidan, Eggy; Tarmidi, DidiThe purpose of this study was to reveal how much influence the competence and compensation of the Sanggar Tari Wantun Suganda members in influencing the performance of the Sanggar Tari Wantun Suganda. Sanggar Tari Wantun Suganda has personnel that are not dominated by dancers who are already proficient and are not given appropriate compensation, but have good performance results in the eyes of consumers. This research method uses descriptive-verification method, which explains the results of the study and analyzes the relationship between variables using the results of the research instrument with a research questionnaire distributed to fifty personnel of Sanggar Tari Wantun Suganda. If the technique of data analysis is used using multiple regression techniques and is supported by the results of data from the Classical Assumption Test with an estimated error rate of five percent. The results of this study indicate that the personnel of the Sanggar Tari Wantun Suganda have the competence and compensation provided by the organization in accordance with the agreement, where the personnel of the Sanggar Tari Wantun Suganda are also able to show good performance results. The effect of competence on performance is 43.1% or influences less closely and the effect of compensation on performance is 56.2% or influences closely. However, both variables can affect performance by 80.4% or can influence closely the performance of Sanggar Tari Wantun Suganda personnel.

INTI (Persero) Bandung and to find out how much the influence of the remuneration and employee engagement have on employee performance at PT. INTI (Persero) Bandung. Regarding the remuneration provided by the company is considered that it is in accordance with the agreement and the applicable provisions in the company so that the employee does not experience shortages in terms of the remuneration earned. And the company treats the employees well so that a positive and close family relationship between the company and employees is formed. But the performance that employees provide is still considered to be not maximal by the company even though the remuneration provided is appropriate and there is a positive relationship between the company and employees. The research used a descriptive-verification method. The sample used in this study is the employees who work at PT. INTI (Persero) Bandung. The data processing is done by using the multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an influence between the remuneration on the performance of employees of PT. INTI (Persero) Bandung. And there is an influence between the employee engagements on the performance of employees of PT. INTI (Persero) Bandung. The remuneration and employee engagement simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. INTI (Persero) Bandung.

Descriptive analysis is used to determine the description of the response value of respondents to each of the variables that have been determined. Data analysis to determine the causality relationship in this study, using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously, Accounting Information System and Employee Integrity have a positive effect on Employee Performance.

An American education expert have to master the learning material, have the skills, charming personality, professionalism and well developed (Asworth, 1999). The teacher is required to master and develop four teacher competencies; they are (1) pedagogical, (2) social competency, (3) personal competency, and (4) professional competency, which consists of five core competencies that must be mastered by teachers and seventy-two indicators of competencies that must be mastered by every teacher in carrying out his duties as a qualified teacher (Ministry of Education, 2003). A brief description of the innovative learning models in the era of globalization is constructivist and behaviorist paradigm which focuses on three things, namely: (a) definition, characteristics, functions and meanings of the innovative learning models; (b) an innovative learning model through behaviorist movie; and (c) innovative films constructivist learning model. While a detailed description of several models of learning that can be recognized as a model of innovative learning in constructivist paradigm will be discussed in another occasion. No wonder if the media can cure homesickness movie teachers learning will be perfect with the goal or aim of making students' English proficiency. The language used in the medium of film contains elements of understanding culture that gives an overview of exemplary character or reviled. An overview of the film media as a teaching methodology has maximum results, especially in foreign languages without native speakers. The brief description above gives us an understanding, they are ; (1) nowadays, every teacher must use integrative and innovative learning models in the learning process(behaviorist-constructivist) that are emphasized on constructivism; and (2) currenty, the students themselves should be able to develop their nature of learning to own the skills or the quality of the ten aspects, such as : (1) Basic skills; (2) Technology skills; (3) Problem solving skills; (4) Multicultural quality; (5) Interpersonal skills; (6) Inquiry skills; (7) Information quality; (8) Critical and creative thinking skills; (9) Communication skills; and (10) Spiritual quality (Arifin, 2011). The teacher as a good model in the field can effectively use media to easily get downloadable movies. Hopefully every human beings who chooses this profession as an educator (teacher) can improve the quality of pedagogical competency, social competency, personal competency and professional competency well so that the teachers can guide every student to be able to develop the ten aspects well above.

AndersonIslamic bonds or commonly known as "sukuk" is one of the capital market instruments that is come up as one of the important components in the global Islamic financial system and has become an innovative investment instrument for recent years. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of CEO power, corporate governance, auditors reputation and firm characteristic as control variables (productivity, leverage, and firm size) to the corporate Islamic bonds rating listed in Indonesia stock exchange for the period of 2013-2017. This research uses ordinal logit regression model to find out variables that has powerful effect to the corporate Islamic bonds rating which samples were taken from 11 firms that issued Islamic bonds by using purposive sampling technique. The research finding was denoted that CEO power, board size, and leverage have no effect on the Islamic bond's rating. This result was explained that CEO power is measured by CEO tenure, board size and leverage do not determine the better of corporate Islamic bonds rating. Meanwhile, auditors reputation, board commissioner, productivity and firm size have positive effect on the corporate Islamic bonds rating.

Laju Karya Mandiri. This research categorized as associative causal research. In this research, Work Motivation has a role as independent variable X1, Work Environment as independent variable X2 and Employee Performance as dependent variable Y. Amount of sample in this research is 69 people. Sample determination in this research uses saturation sampling method. Interview, questionnaire and documentary study are used to collect data. To analyze data, researcher uses classical assumption test, regression test and hypothesis test. Using 5% at significant level, the tests has an output that: 1) t Test of X1 obtain tvalue 3,338 with 0,001 at significant value which means Work Motivation has a positive and significant influence toward Employee Performance. 2) t Test of X2 obtain tvalue 6,610 with 0,000 at significant value which means Work Environment has a positive and significant influence toward Employee Performance. 3) F Test of X1 and X2 obtain Fvalue 70.914 and 0,000 at significant value which means Work Motivation and Work Environment have a positive and significant influence towards Employee Performance. 4) Coefficient Determination Test (R2) of X1 and X2 obtain R Square value 0,682 which means Employee Performance is influenced by Work Motivation and Work Environment about 68,2% and the rest 31,8% influenced by another variable that exclude from this research.

This study took a sample of manufacturing SMEs consisting of five main industrial categories, namely the textile industry, the handicraft industry, the shoe & bag industry, the food & beverage industry, and various industries. Sampling was conducted on 75 owners or managers of manufacturing SMEs in the Bandung and surrounding areas because the area is one of the centers for manufacturing SMEs in West Java Province. The data analysis in this study used a structural equation model based on partial least square (SEM-PLS). The test results of the research hypothesis show that internal drivers have a positive and significant effect on eco-innovation adoption, and eco-innovation adoption also has a positive and significant effect on sustainable performance. This study has implications for policymakers for small manufacturing firms in increasing eco-innovation adoption in developing countries. Furthermore, it is hoped that the company can reflect on the results of business research decision making and to improve its sustainability performance.
- ItemSTRUCTURAL CHANGE, ECONOMIC GROWTH, AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN INDONESIA; A Simultaneous Approach(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 02, 2020) Tarmidi, Didi; Pattilouw, Djufri Rays; Saudi, Mohd Haizam MohdThe purpose of this study is toanalyze the relationship between structural change, economic growth and employment in Indonesia.The analytical method use dissimultaneous regression model consisting of 3 (three) equations where economic growth, structural change and employment is treated as endogenous variables, and include three (3) exogenous variables namely investment, wage and education. From the identification test is known thatequation of employment is exactly Identified then estimated using indirect leastsquare (ILS) method, while 2 other sareover-Identified equation then estimated using a two stage leastsquare (TSLS) method. The results showed that : 1) Economic growth is positively and significantly influenced by employment and investment, 2) Employment are positively and significantly influenced by economic growth and structural change, while the wage rate has a negative effect; 3) structural change positively and significantly influenced by economic growth and the advancement of education. Important recommendations of these findings are : 1) expansion of employment should be more focused on efforts to encourage productive investments with labor-intensive technologies, 2) increased investments must be accompanied by improvement of the level of educationand improving the quality of labor, 3) the process of structural change must be maintained in the direction of employment transformation through the development of labor-intensive industrial and service sectors.
- ItemSTUDY ON THE LAW PROTECTION ASPECT OF COOPERATING WITNESS ACTORS (JUSTICE COLLABORATOR) IN THE NARCOTIC CRIME CONNECTED WITH THE LAW PRINCIPLES(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol. 24, Issue 1, 2020) Kholiq, Abdul; Garwan, Irma; Tarmidi, DidiThis study aims to determine the regulation of witnesses who collaborate (justice collaborator) in relation to efforts to provide legal protection by considering the principle of legal certainty. The research method used is a normative juridical research method, the approach used is the statutory approach, conceptual approach and case approach. The analysis technique in this study uses qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that several regulations that contain legal protection for witnesses who collaborate (justice collaborator) in Law Number 13 of 2006 are subsequently changed to Law Number 31 of 2014 on Witness and Victim Protection, as well as in the Supreme Court Circular Number 4 of 2011. Whereas the protection efforts must be based on a sense of community justice and legal certainty guarantees by law enforcement officials.
