- ItemDIGITALIZATION OF LOGISTICS PROCESSES AND COMPARISON WITH SEVERAL ASIAN COUNTRIES RELATED TO LOGISTICS INFORMATION SYSTEMS: Propositions of National Logistics System Architecture(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Sudrajat, Asep; Sudirman, Iman; Prasetyo, Ilham RezaThe purpose of this article is to find out about logistical process problems, current conditions related to the digitization of logistics processes in Indonesia, compare information systems / digitization of logistics processes between Indonesia and countries in Asia and Propose National Logistics System Architecture. This study was completed by conducting literature study activities from a number of relevant references related to digitizing the logistics process. Next is to visit the web pages of a number of parties or institutions, be it government or companies related to the logistics distribution process. The next activity is to make comparisons between the logistics digitization process in Indonesia with a number of countries in Asia. With regard to data and information verification, visits have been made to a number of government agencies and companies related to the logistics distribution process. Based on the studies that have been conducted, there have been a number of information systems related to the digitization of the logistics process, both those developed by central government agencies and by companies independently. These government agencies include the Ministry of Finance (INSW), the Ministry of Industry and Trade (DO Online), the Ministry of Transportation (InaPortNet). From the company (port service providers) there are a number of applications (either applications developed by third parties or internally) such as those owned by IPC (Indonesia Port Companies). There is no integrated logistics information system that connects interested parties (public entities, logistics node operators, logistics service providers, carriers / logistics companies, warehouses in the national logistics distribution system, goods senders / buyers, consignors / consignees, banks and other related financial companies, the Regional Transportation Service, and the Police) yet. Through this study, it is hoped that interested parties can find out and take advantage of the existing logistics process digitalization system and / application and make decisions that produce optimal solutions.
- ItemTHE EFFECT OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ON CORPORATE PERFORMANCE (A Study of 179 Companies, Manufacturing Sector, Listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Year 1998 - 2000)(2015 International Conference of Organizational Innovation (ICOI 2015), International Association of Organizational Innovation, USA; Airlangga University, Surabaya, Indonesia; Huaqiao University, China; Chang Jung Christian University, Taiwan ROC, 2015-08-04) Sudrajat, AsepThis study proposed the concept of management system as one of the variables that are considered to have an influence on the resulting performance of the company, meant that by applying the participatory management system, which is considered as the most ideal management system, the performance of the companies have a tendency to be better when compared to the company which implements a non - participatory management system. This study has three main objectives, namely: (i) analyze the extent to which the implementation of the Management participatory system by a number of companies in the manufacturing sector, (ii) analyze the performance of a number of manufacturing companies ranging from 1998-2000, and (iii) analyze the influence that occurs between the implementation of management system to the company performance. Measurement tool for management system, implemented by the company, using a questionnaire “Profile of the Organizational Characteristic” developed by Rensis Likert (1986). Corporate performance measurement using two items of financial performance, namely Return on Investment (ROI) and Return on Equity (ROE) . These results indicate that : (i) only 7 % or 25 companies that implement participatory management system of the 28 sampled companies, (ii) the performance of the resulting company is generally very low, the average values for the ROI are -7.81 and ROE is -118.8 , (iii) there is no significant relationship between the application of the management system to company's performance, it can be known through the scale coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.109 or 10.9 % of ROI and 0.018 or 1.8 % for ROE.

Many MSME Actors can not survive or in other words roll out. Various ways are done by MSMEs to stay afloat. One of them is by reducing the workforce and innovating and creativity following the developing conditions. However, there are many obstacles faced by MSMEs in the post-Covid 19 pandemic or the new normal. This is due to significant changes in government regulations and consumer behavior. So that it has an impact on the business run by MSMEs. The government that establishes health protocols to prevent the spread of Covid in every aspect of community activities and the spread of the Covid 19 Virus that still can not be handled makes consumer behavior more selective in choosing and using products. So that consumers only buy products that they need and guaranteed health at affordable prices and more are done online. This is the problem faced by MSMEs where the marketing of their products that have been marketed offline inevitably has to be done online. In addition, the required product quality standards must be guaranteed and safe Covid 19 Virus is a challenge for MSMEs to be strict in the production process activities to reach consumers. Another major problem is the business capital that is needed by MSMEs in running their businesses. The solution of these constraints provides directions and explanations related to the use of Digitalisasi Marketing for the onlinesales process. Control the quality of production and explain how to get Business Capital. The plan of such activities include preparing and implementing briefings and explanations of activities using Digital Marketing, Production Quality Control, and how to obtain Business Capital. This activity was carried out with the aim of keeping MSMEs exist and gaining profit in the New Normal Era.
