- ItemANALYSIS DETERMINANT FACTORS OF INNOVATION SPEED IN SMES MANUFACTURING(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol. 24, Issue 2, 2020) Tarmidi, Didi; Munawar, Fansuri; Hendiarto, R Susanto; Utama, Zahera Mega; Saptaningrum, Dewi UtamiThis study aims to analyze the role of innovation collaboration, management support, and knowledge sharing as factors suspected to increase innovation speed in SMEs manufacturing. This study took a sample of SMEs manufacturing, which consisted of five main industrial categories, namely textile industry, handicraft industry, shoe & bag industry, food& beverage industry, and various industries. Sampling was carried out on 100 owners or managers of SME manufacturing in Bandung and surrounding areas because the area is one of the centers of SME manufacturing in West Java. Data analysis in this study used a structural equation model based on partial least square (SEM-PLS). The results of testing of the research hypothesis show that the variables of innovation collaboration and management support have a positive and significant effect on innovation speed, but the variable of knowledge sharing does not have a positive and significant impact on innovation speed. Research implication to the owner or manager to utilize innovation collaboration with external partners, especially the collaboration with consumers. In addition, it is expected that the owner or manager can create a work atmosphere that supports innovation.

An American education expert have to master the learning material, have the skills, charming personality, professionalism and well developed (Asworth, 1999). The teacher is required to master and develop four teacher competencies; they are (1) pedagogical, (2) social competency, (3) personal competency, and (4) professional competency, which consists of five core competencies that must be mastered by teachers and seventy-two indicators of competencies that must be mastered by every teacher in carrying out his duties as a qualified teacher (Ministry of Education, 2003). A brief description of the innovative learning models in the era of globalization is constructivist and behaviorist paradigm which focuses on three things, namely: (a) definition, characteristics, functions and meanings of the innovative learning models; (b) an innovative learning model through behaviorist movie; and (c) innovative films constructivist learning model. While a detailed description of several models of learning that can be recognized as a model of innovative learning in constructivist paradigm will be discussed in another occasion. No wonder if the media can cure homesickness movie teachers learning will be perfect with the goal or aim of making students' English proficiency. The language used in the medium of film contains elements of understanding culture that gives an overview of exemplary character or reviled. An overview of the film media as a teaching methodology has maximum results, especially in foreign languages without native speakers. The brief description above gives us an understanding, they are ; (1) nowadays, every teacher must use integrative and innovative learning models in the learning process(behaviorist-constructivist) that are emphasized on constructivism; and (2) currenty, the students themselves should be able to develop their nature of learning to own the skills or the quality of the ten aspects, such as : (1) Basic skills; (2) Technology skills; (3) Problem solving skills; (4) Multicultural quality; (5) Interpersonal skills; (6) Inquiry skills; (7) Information quality; (8) Critical and creative thinking skills; (9) Communication skills; and (10) Spiritual quality (Arifin, 2011). The teacher as a good model in the field can effectively use media to easily get downloadable movies. Hopefully every human beings who chooses this profession as an educator (teacher) can improve the quality of pedagogical competency, social competency, personal competency and professional competency well so that the teachers can guide every student to be able to develop the ten aspects well above.
- ItemTHE INFLUENCE OF WORK MOTIVATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT TOWARDS EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Tarmidi, Didi; Hendiarto, R Susanto; Somantri, Yogi Septian; Utama, Zahera Mega; Saptaningrum, Dewi UtamiThis research aims to determine the influence of Work Motivation and Work Environment partially and simultaneously towards Employee Performance of Celupan Division at PT. Laju Karya Mandiri. This research categorized as associative causal research. In this research, Work Motivation has a role as independent variable X1, Work Environment as independent variable X2 and Employee Performance as dependent variable Y. Amount of sample in this research is 69 people. Sample determination in this research uses saturation sampling method. Interview, questionnaire and documentary study are used to collect data. To analyze data, researcher uses classical assumption test, regression test and hypothesis test. Using 5% at significant level, the tests has an output that: 1) t Test of X1 obtain tvalue 3,338 with 0,001 at significant value which means Work Motivation has a positive and significant influence toward Employee Performance. 2) t Test of X2 obtain tvalue 6,610 with 0,000 at significant value which means Work Environment has a positive and significant influence toward Employee Performance. 3) F Test of X1 and X2 obtain Fvalue 70.914 and 0,000 at significant value which means Work Motivation and Work Environment have a positive and significant influence towards Employee Performance. 4) Coefficient Determination Test (R2) of X1 and X2 obtain R Square value 0,682 which means Employee Performance is influenced by Work Motivation and Work Environment about 68,2% and the rest 31,8% influenced by another variable that exclude from this research.
