Variable of religion (X1), technology (X2), and facilities (X3) are expressed asindependent variable, while purchase decision (Y) is expressed as dependent variable. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, with accumulated total sample of 200 respondents spread in the city of Bandung and Cimahi. Methods using multiple regression and test hypotheses of T & F test. Results of multiple regression analysis showed that the variables of religion, technology and facilities affect the customer's decision to use the Shar-E product amounted to 64.2%, while the remaining 35.8% influenced by other variables such as the benefits of the product, purchase motive for culture. Then the results of partial test (t test) or simultaneously (F test) each have a significant impact on the use of product Shar-E.
- ItemANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUTUSAN NASABAH DALAM MENGGUNAKAN PRODUK SHAR-E BANK MUAMALAT INDONESIA(Seminar Nasional, Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Sekolah Pasca Sarjana Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, 2013-10-23) Rozak, AbdulPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh faktor agama, teknologi, fasilitas, dan pelayanan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam menggunakan produk Shar-E pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Variabel yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini adalah Agama (X1), Teknologi (X2), Fasilitas (X3), Pelayanan (X4) sebagai variabel bebas dan Keputusan Pembelian (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang tersebar di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Teknik analisisnya menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan hipotesis dari uji T & uji F. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel agama, teknologi, fasilitas, dan pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam menggunakan produk Shar-E sebesar 93,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 6,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya, seperti motif pembelian dari budaya setempat(etnik khas). Sedangkan hasil pengujian, baik secara parsial (uji T) maupun simultan (uji F) masingmasing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumen dalam pembelian produk Shar-E.

- ItemANALISIS PENGARUH INDEKS HARGA SAHAM GABUNGAN(IHSG) DAN JUMLAH UANG YANG BEREDAR TERHADAP KINERJA REKSADANA SAHAM DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA(Conference on Management and Behavioral Studies (CMBS), Universitas Tarumanagara Jakarta, 2016-10-27) Rozak, AbdulTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh indeks ha rga saham gabungan(IHSG) dan jumlah uang yang beredar(M2) terhadap kinerja reksadana saham pada otoritas badan pengawas pasar modal di bursa efek indonesia. Indeks harga saham gabungan dan jumlah uang beredar digunakan sebagai variabel bebas sementara untuk variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja reksadana saham. Teknik samplingnya menggunakan purposive sampling pada 20 perusahaan reksadana saham yang terdapat di bursa efek indonesia periode 2012-2015. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan mengaplikasikan teknik analisis regresi berganda serta pengujian terhadap masing - masing variabel. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari indeks harga saham gabungan dan jumlah uang yang beredar terhadap kinerja reks adana saham baik dianalisis secara parsial maupun bersama-sama.

There are several types of products that are often falsified so as to encourage the JD, ID to use these strategies to attract consumer buying interest. In addition, JD.ID also markets its online business platform via the YouTube site which is one of the video-based marketing media. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the "Dijamin Ori" Tagline and JD.ID Youtube Ads on consumer buying interest. This analysis uses independent variables namely the tagline "Dijamin Ori" and Youtube Ads. The dependent variable is Consumer Purchase Interest. This type of research used in this research is explanatory research, the research used to explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing that was formulated, with survey methods and the number of samples in this study were 110 respondents. The sampling technique was obtained using the Accidental Sampling method. Data sources using primary data and using secondary data, namely literature and from the internet. While the data analysis technique used in this study is a quantitative analysis using analysis through the help of the SPSS program, namely: Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the impact of systematic economic risk and funding policy tostock return on Jakarta Islamic Index. The determination sample is using purposive sampling technique in accordance with criteria and multiple linear regression method to perform data analysis. The results of simultaneous research showed that systematic economic risk and funding policy have significant effect on stock return of Jakarta Islamic Index. While the test results partially shows that systematic economic risk provide significant effect while funding policy does not give significant effect on return of shares of Jakarta Islamic Index.

That’s why we need a comprehensive mechanism regarding quality assurance. It can be seen as a strong motivating factor for the importance of an effective and transparant system for ensuring the quality of higher education. This paper aims to analyze the implementation of improved quality assurance in the higher educational institutions. The research used literature study, and analyzed using a descriptive research of explanatory survey.The population consisted of internal and external elements in higher educational institutions and the sample was purposively selected.The findings show that the improvement of quality assurance can be implemented through:(1) improving quality of academic staff continuosly; (2) developing flexible and modern curriculum; (3) improving quality research, community service and cooperation between universities;(4) Improving adequate infrastructure facilities; and (5) benchmarking

This research focused on two variables, they are independent variables such as: Working Capital(X1), Cash Flow(X2) and also Liquidity(Y) as dependent variable. In getting data, researcher use of purposive sampling which are taking about 24 on consumer goods industry. The research method used is descriptive verification on consumer goods industry companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2009-2013 by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) Working capital trends to fluctuate but showed a positive trend an increase in each year, (2) Cash Flows trend to fluctuate widely with position of positive trend an increase in each year, (3) Working Capital and Cash Flow simultaneously have the effect positive and significant impact toward liquidity on consumer goods industry companies.

Often constraints in terms of raw materials due to a limited number, not uncommon obstacles such as lack of supply of raw materials, the purchase of raw materials at high prices, the occurrence of errors in determining the purchase of raw materials, and so forth. The aim of study to solve the problem requires a management role in the planning of the company's survival. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis using simple regression. The collection of data obtained through questionnaires with a sample of 104 employees at eight manufacturing companies in Bandung. The results showed a positive effect of supply chain management and total quality management significantly influence either directly or indirectly.
