    Focus this research is to analyze the influence religion, technology, and facilities at customer's decision in using product of Shar-E. Variable of religion (X1), technology (X2), and facilities (X3) are expressed asindependent variable, while purchase decision (Y) is expressed as dependent variable. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, with accumulated total sample of 200 respondents spread in the city of Bandung and Cimahi. Methods using multiple regression and test hypotheses of T & F test. Results of multiple regression analysis showed that the variables of religion, technology and facilities affect the customer's decision to use the Shar-E product amounted to 64.2%, while the remaining 35.8% influenced by other variables such as the benefits of the product, purchase motive for culture. Then the results of partial test (t test) or simultaneously (F test) each have a significant impact on the use of product Shar-E.

    CONTRIBUTION OF SMES AND SME BUSINESS IN BANDUNG, SUMEDANG, CIANJUR, GARUT AND ECONOMIC IMPROVEMENT IN THE REGION IN WEST JAVA

    Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the four cities of Bandung, Sumedang, Garut and Cianjur in West Java has a strategic role in economic development in West Java, because in addition to a role in economic growth andemployment work also plays a role in the distribution of development outcomes.This study analyzes the contribution of business conducted SMEs and SMEs in four cities of Bandung, Sumedang, Garut and Cianjur in order to achieve economic improvement in the four cities in terms of Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP) of each of the city coming from the SME sector and SMEs.Unit population in this study is SMEs and SMEs that have partnered businesses with medium-sized companies or other economic institutions in Bandung, Sumedang, Garut and Cianjur in West Java. In this study used survey methods, while the technique of data collection by means of random sampling and taken a sample of 151 respondents. Other data sources are derived from secondary data from institutions associated with the research. Based on the results obtained by the fact that SMEs and SMEs in all the four cities have been able to contribute to the value of regional gross domestic product (GDRP) at current prices of the four cities in West Java on average by 15%. While the contribution of SMEs to GDP West Java amounted to 6.53%, thus it can be concluded that the role of SMEs and SMEs have a considerable contribution to the development of the economy in West Java.

    EFFECT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES COMPENSATION IN PLN GENERATING AND PARENT PROJECT NETWORK JAVA AND BALI NUSA TENGGARA SOUTHEAST

    Compensation arrangements in a fair and reasonable in order to meet the needs of em-ployees, it is believed will be able to provide satisfaction for employees in the work. This study to find out how big the effect of compensation provided by PT PLN Parent Project Network Generator and Java Bali and Nusa Tenggara on Employee Performance. This research uses descriptive method, with samples taken by 37 respondents in random sampling. Based on the analysis of the data obtained that the implementation of the compensation has been running well, judging from the average value of 3.85 for the whole statement is included in either category. For the performance of employees with an average value of 3.40 is included in both categories, while the magnitude of the effect of compensation to the em-ployee's performance can be seen from the spearman rank correlation coefficient (r) of 0.563 indicates is the relationship. The magnitude of the effect of compensation on the performance of 31.69%, the balance of 68.31% influenced by other factors is not examined. Thus means that there are positive effects of compensation on performance.

    Laporan keuangan adalah alat bagi manajemen untuk pertanggungjawaban dan pelaporan kinerjanya kepada pemegang saham, sehingga laporan keuangan itu harus reliabel atau andal agar dapat digunakan pemakainya untuk mengambil keputusan yang tepat. Reliabilitas laporan keuangan memerlukan peran auditor internal dan komite audit, untuk melaksanakan peran tersebut mereka harus memiliki kompetensi yang dibutuhkan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Penelitian ini tujuannya mengukur pengaruh auditor internal dan komite audit terhadap reliabilitas laporan keuangan. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 9 (sembilan) perusahaan BUMN di Bandung, dengan responden auditor internal, komite audit dan fungsional akuntansi pada BUMN tersebut. Untuk pengujian hipotesis digunakan analisis regresi berganda yang perhitungannya dilakukan dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa auditor internal dan komite audit secara simultan dan parsial memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap reliabiltas laporan keuangan. Demikian pula hubungan komite audit dengan auditor internal juga berpengaruh signifikan.

    PENGARUH INFLASI TERHADAP PEREKONOMIAN DI KOTAMADYA DAN KABUPATEN BANDUNG BERDASARKAN PERSEPSI PRODUSEN DAN KONSUMEN

    In determining the economic conditions, inflation needs to get serious attention from the government, especially the monetary authority responsible for controlling inflation. Based on producer and consumer inflation perceptions influence economic decisions. Inflation in Bandung municipality and district in general are caused by rising fuel prices, increase salaries of civil servants and private employees, the high demand itself and the increase in demand due to religious holidays. The tendency of the increasing prices of goods will also be very much influenced by the availability of supply and distribution of goods. This should be a concern to be dealt with by the government of Bandung municipality and district in maintaining a smooth supply of goods. The results obtained can be concluded that inflation can be considered adaptive, have a dominant contribution in giving effect to the economy.

    Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk : 1. mengetahui mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja koperasi simpan pinjam (KSP) X Bandung dilihat dari tingkat rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas dan rasio profitabilitas tahun 2013-2014. 2. Bagaimana pengaruh dari tingkat rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas dan rasio profitabilitas tahun 2013-2014 terhadap kinerja koperasi simpan pinjam (KSP) X Bandung. Adapun dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hal-hal sebagai berikut: 1. Tingkat likuiditas yang dicapai oleh koperasi dengan menggunakan current ratio dan quick ratio sudah cukup baik. 2. Rasio solvabilitas mengalami perkembangan yang cukup baik hal ini dikarenakan koperasi KSP X Bandung mampu memenuhi kewajiban keuangannya apabila dilikuidasi, baik kewajiban keuangan jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang.3. Profitabilitas koperasi KSP X Bandung. Selama dua periode yaitu dari tahun 2013 sampai tahun 2014 profitabilitas masih belum memuaskan. profitabilitas koperasi KSP X Bandung.     PERANAN SISTEM PERSEDIAAN DALAM MENDUKUNG KELANCARAN PRODUKSI PADA PT SPM JAKARTA

    Sistem persediaan yang baik sangat diperlukan oleh perusahaan agar dapat menjaga ketersediaan barang-barang atau jasa-jasa sehingga produksi dapat berjalan efektif dan efisien. Antara lain ketepatan waktu dalam pengadaan barang, mengurangi resiko-resiko akibat kerusakan, kehilangan dan pemborosan atau lainnya yang dapat merugikan perusahaan. Hal ini berarti dengan adanya persediaan memungkinkan terlaksananya operasi produksi berjalan dengan baik. Persediaan dapat diminimumkan dengan mengadakan perencanaan produksi yang lebih baik dan lancar, serta organisasi bagian produksi yang lebih efisien. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penentuan jumlah pemesanan ekonomis, dalam perhitungan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa: EOQ atau jumlah pemesanan yang ekonomis sebesar 2869 box/order, dengan jumlah optimum frequensi pemesanan adalah 9 order per tahun, dan rasio biaya penyimpanan terhadap nilai persediaan rata-rata bahan baku adalah sebesar c = 1,6 %, memberikan efisiensi biaya persediaan berdasarkan EOQ dari biaya persediaan awal adalah sebesar 5.04%.
