This model was developed to build a hypothesis on how personality can increase job satisfaction and job performance and influence between job satisfaction and job performance. The survey was conducted from October 2019 to January 2020 through a google form. As many as 485 data were collected which were then validated. The model values using Lisrel 8.7. This study contributes to add to the compilation of findings, so as to clarify the causes of inconsistencies in previous findings between the relationship of personality characteristics that most influence with job satisfaction and performance.
- ItemPENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN PRODUKSI CV ANUGERAH JAYA ABADI GARMEN(Program Studi S1 Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Widyatama, 2025) PurwantoPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian produksi CV. Anugerah Jaya Abadi Garmen. Permasalahan yang diidentifikasi meliputi penurunan produktivitas kerja, tingginya keterlambatan karyawan, serta kondisi lingkungan kerja fisik yang kurang optimal, seperti pencahayaan dan kebisingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel 33 karyawan bagian produksi melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis melalui uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibandingkan lingkungan kerja fisik, yang menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan karyawan dalam mematuhi peraturan dan prosedur kerja menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan produktivitas. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja fisik yang nyaman dan mendukung juga turut berkontribusi terhadap efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perlu memperkuat kebijakan terkait disiplin kerja serta melakukan perbaikan pada fasilitas fisik lingkungan kerja untuk mengoptimalkan produktivitas karyawan.

In addition, it is also influenced by either direct or indirect affective commitment. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of the transformational leadership on the individual’s work performance mediated by affective commitment and moderated by personal characteristic; work duration, both partially and simultaneously. The respondent participated in this study is a group of people who work as production operator in a manufacturer in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. The questionnaire was distributed to the respondents and finally obtained 200 samples. The analysis process in this study applied the Structural Equation Model. The result of this study shows that the individual’s work performance is affected by the affective commitment. In addition, the employee’s emotional bonding has grown as the result of the effect of the leadership style and organization that are able to build their trust. The management is able to make the employees feel appreciated, and they are also involved in the organization by giving positive motivation to achieve the organization’s vision and mission.
