Conditions like this will certainly have an impact on business, this is because during the Covid-19 pandemic it was able to change the behavior of business activities. For example, there are social restrictions in various business activities that must be carried out over long distances. So that business people cannot run the business optimally. For this reason, this study aims to determine how respondents respond about price, product quality and experiential marketing to consumer purchasing decisions for Samsung brand cellular products. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods with data collected, namely secondary data and primary data. While data collection techniques, by distributing questionnaires, interviews and observations. The data analysis tool used is multiple regression, this is done to determine how much the ability to contribute or influence price, product quality, experiential marketing on consumer buying decisions. The results showed that price was able to influence purchasing decisions even though the effect was not significant, while the variables Product quality is not able to affect product quality and experiential marketing variables are able to influence consumer buying decisions for Samsung brand cellular products, this is because Samsung brand cellular consumers will pay attention to price factors, where prices increase they will move to competing products, and brand cellular consumers Samsung is not affected by the quality of Samsung brand products offered by the company. Consumers are more likely to consider the experiences of other consumers who have purchased the product. For this reason, this company is advised to always update the experiences or testimonials of consumers who have purchased products.

This study aims to determine how respondents respond to work discipline, motivation, and performance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ujung Berung. The research method used is associative descriptive with a population of employees at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ujung Berung. The sample used is all employees at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ujung Berung. The technique used in this research is simple random sampling and the tool used to analyze is simple regression. The results showed that work discipline and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ujung Berung. This is because if employees work in accordance with the SOP determined by the company and have high motivation, it will improve employee performance. The disciplines that are enforced within the company include work discipline, time discipline, use of office uniforms, and attendance. This makes the environment and working conditions conducive and high motivation, so as to improve employee performance. The suggestion from this research is that leaders or management continue to motivate employees to continue to be disciplined and improve their performance.

Financial performance used to predict credit risk consists of the level of capital adequacy measured through the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and the amount of credit measured through a Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), while credit risk is measured through the level of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) . The research method uses descriptive and verificative methods. The research was conducted on commercial banks listed on the IDX during the period of 2014- 2018. Observations were made on 35 commercial banks through the purposive sampling method. Data analysis using panel data regression models by testing as required. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant effect on credit risk (NPLs), while the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has no significant effect on credit risk (NPLs).

With the decline in company sales, it has an impact on company revenue. Not only the xiaomi brand but many companies have been affected by this COVID- 19 condition. Many companies have been forced to go out of business because sales have declined considerably. This problem occurs due to weak or sluggish demand for cellular products. With these conditions, companies are required to be able to determine the right marketing strategy so that resale is like before the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the strategies that are often chosen by companies to be superior in the competition in the cellular industry is through price and product quality strategies in order to create customer satisfaction so that consumers feel loyal to the brand. For this reason, further research is needed to find out how respondents respond about price, product quality, consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction on Xiaomi branded cellular products. - ItemCONTRIBUTION OF SME AND MSME BUSINESS IN THE BANDUNG RAYA REGION AGAINST THE ECONOMIC IMPROVEMENT OF WEST JAVA REGION BEFORE AND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PANDEMIC COVID 19(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Dyahrini, Wien; Purwaningdyah, Sri Wiludjeng SunuSmall entrepreneurs who are often referred to as SMEs and small and medium entrepreneurs who are often called UMKM in the Greater Bandung area, before the Covid 19 pandemic, had a strategic role in improving the economy in the West Java region. Referring to the research that has been done, it is found that the small entrepreneurs are able to face the economic crisis, with the competitive advantages possessed by the products produced by these small entrepreneurs. It is best if the entrepreneurs by the local government in 3 districts, namely: Bandung, West Bandung, Sumedang and 2 municipalities namely Bandung and Cimahi get more attention from their respective regional governments. With the partnership of SME and MSME entrepreneurs in the industry, they have been able to contribute around 30.26% to West Java's GRDP for the economy of the Greater Bandung Region in particular and West Java Province in general. However, during the Covid 19 Pandemic, it experienced a decrease in its contribution to GRDP when compared to the time before the pandemic occurred. Thus it can be stated that these business actors from the SME and MSME sectors make a real contribution to improving the economy of the Greater Bandung and West Java regions. To maintain the role of SME and MSME business actors, government assistance is needed in developing business partnerships, especially in capital, online marketing, and other assistance needed by the sector.

This study aims to determine how much the effect of productivity on competitiveness. In this study, using a survey method with a quantitative approach. The unit of analysis in this research is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Creative Industry centers in the Doll Industry Sub-sector in West Java Province, with entrepreneurs as the observation unit, which is a population of 191 entrepreneurs and a sample of 128 entrepreneurs. The data obtained is the result of a survey through a questionnaire distributed to entrepreneurs. The data were processed using descriptive statistical analysis. Productivity has a significant and positive effect on competitiveness. The impact of this research is expected to increase the competitiveness of the doll industry in West Java, Indonesia.

This will have an impact on the increasingly dramatic development of business activities. Every company tries to improve or change its marketing strategy in order to attract and retain customers. Among the marketing strategies used by the company are digital markting, brand image, and product quality, this is expected to be able to improve the decision to use halo cards in carrying out their daily activities. This study aims to find out how consumer responses about digital marketing, how consumers respond to brand image and how responses about the quality of halo card products and whether digital marketing factors, brad image and product quality influence the decision to use a halo card. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. Data compilation techniques by distributing questionnaires, interviews and observations. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The tool used is Multiple Regression. The results showed that digital marketing, brand image, and product quality influence the decision to use halo cards positively and significantly. This is because digital marketing used by Telkomsel companies can be accepted by consumers and meet consumer expectations, as well as brand image and quality of halo card products are trusted because they have a strong signal.
